Very easy to use platform. Easy to sign up & simple to complete surveys in your account.

I joined in December 2025 when monies were transferred from a site that had closed. I have never qualified for a survey and now cannot access the site at all. I have written numerous emails to their customer support since January to find out what is going on. No responses that were not generic. I will no longer try. If I could I would terminate membership, but then I cannot sign in in order to do this!
Avoid this site!
Edit: Now it is almost mid April, so has been 3/4 months with no response from this company. I have deleted all that is relevant e.g. contact details, logins as I will no longer try to access. I am retired, am honest, diligent in responding to surveys of any type and have never been treated like this by any other survey site. Their abject failure to respond to my numerous emails proves they have no concern at all for members.

Payswell has been a good survey site for me I have had no problem with it since I strated and I have cashed out 3 or 4 times however for the last 2 weeks I have not gotten any surveys and I can usually cash out once a week because there is always high paying surveys on their site but the last 2 weeks there hasn't been any but on my boyfriend's account he gets them all dayong so hopefully tomorrow that changes

When trying to verify my identity i get an error message saying it is not allowed to add more points

Ive had a great experience with Payswell so far. Easy to use, you can track activity and rewards, and it’s been a fast way to make quick money in my spare time

Started off well, managed to cash my first £25, though number of surveys diminished very quickly. Then started to complete surveys but not return to payswell screen and not be awarded points. Sent an email query as advised by the chat bot, now my account has been suspended for violating rules, though no idea what I’m supposed to have done wrong! Have sent several emails to customer support with no response. Also tried to contact via Facebook page with no reply there either. Currently have about £15 in my balance that I can’t access and starting to think I have been scammed given lack of replies from customer service. Pretty upset given how much time I’ve spent filling in surveys. Was clearly too good to be true!

I have been using the site to complete surveys and have been successful Unfortunately I yesterday I made enough points to cash out when I attempted I received an error invalid profile. I used the help button but it just sends a pre programmed email to say they are working on it. They have a phone number and I called and while the lady was nice she said the support team will call in a few minutes. I have not heard anything yet

Really smooth sign up process, got some money right off the bat. Was kicked out of a few surveys, but also have made a decent amount from the ones I’ve finished. Good site so far

This site has been the one of the best survey sites I have found. For any problems I've had I've been able to get help very quickly and everyone is so nice. I would recommend this site to anyone.

Compared to the other survey sites, I’ve enjoyed my experience with Payswell. It’s pretty user friendly, been a good way to make some extra money.

I had initially ran into some issues, and the customer support was quick with my request and was extremely efficient. Overall, I do recommend this survey site.

This is the most disgusting survey sites I have ever used every single time I complete a survey right to the end it rewards me 5p instead of the £8 or £10 ect shown for the survey

The support teams never reply to emails so in my opinion I firmly believe this site is a utter scam

I am registered with a lot of survey sites and I’ve never seen one as bad as this. I would advise you to stay clear from this site. There are lots of others to choose from which are genuine.

looks like yet another scam site.. very few surveys and then suddenly can no longer log in,, email them 4 times, but of course being scammers,, no reply

Starts ok then you find the actual survey required several initial screening surveys which take ages. Then I completed the actual survey and was only credited 5 points instead of the promised 40 odd. It’s a scam. Now the site won’t load at all and I just get a white blank screen. Don’t bother wasting your time.

It started well, with several surveys and extra points for completing tasks. Then suddenly points were not credited for surveys that were completed or they put you in a loop of several surveys. Even if you complete surveys, they only credit you 5 points (equivalent of £0.05). Minimum withdrawal is 2500 points, meaning you never actually manage to reach that amount. Basically, it's a scam.

I joined because MySoapbox survey site was closing in May 2025. Since then, I cashed out a few times with PaysWell, hence the 2 star review. But in the beginning of October, I stopped receiving survey opportunities. Several times I tried to contact PaysWell via their customer service email address. No satisfactory responses. I called, and did not learn anything except that they would re-contact me. After a few more emails, they informed me that my account was locked because their system suspected that I was not answering surveys honestly, and this triggered the lock on my account, but that I could still cash-out while my account was locked. This is not true, as I have attempted multiple times to cash out my $91.32, and have been denied. I have told PaysWell that I’m happy to collect my earned $91.32 and part company with them, and have never received a response. This is a terrible way to do business. Stay far away from this survey site.
And yes, I am a survey-taker in good standing with multiple other sites for 11 years and have always provided truthful and helpful responses.
I just want my $91.32, please.

My account was suddently marked flagged/deactivated while I was in the middle of a study back in November. I immediately reached out to support and was given an auto response promising they are looking into it. But since then, ,despite a couple of email followups fro me, they haven't responded at all. I have over $25 to redeem and stupidly was waiting till close to the year end. So now I can't redeem, and like others, feel duped and scammed.

I’ve had a TERRIBLE experience with Payswell. Just as I was about to reach the withdrawal limit, they suspended my account without any explanation. I contacted their support team, hoping for some clarity, but I never received any response. It’s been days now, and nothing. This seems like a complete scam they take people's personal data, get their opinions, and never actually pay out to participants. I strongly urge everyone to stay away from this app. It’s shady, unresponsive, and does not deserve your time or trust. If you're looking for a reliable platform, look elsewhere. Don’t waste your time or data with Payswell!

Do not work on this Site never .. I m Working on Payswell from a month and i have 28 gpb in my balance but unable to withdrawal i reach out to support multiple times but no response and now i m writing a review after the wait for a week...

I will change my review ...this company contacted me and corrected the problem,apologies, and everything I really appreciate the professionalism they provided,and explanation given I was even explained the issues they have....great company to do survey for!A must have...no survey site out there has contact number like they do
