D.E.A.N.S Computer Laptop & Game Console Repairs Avaliações 

Took my 6 month old Playstation 5 in today that was having issues with the HDMI. A new HDMI was fitted for a reasonable price and took no longer than an hour to complete. Friendly, fast service and console is back to working again.

DEANS is a 45-minute drive from me, but I came here because its rating was higher than anywhere closer to home.

I had an issue with my Xbox Series X that was doing my head in, so I took it to DEANS Dean initially said he would have it fixed by the next day, but when I explained that I was travelling back to another city the following day, he replied, “No worries mate, come back in an hour.”

He gave my Xbox a full clean free of charge, fixed the issue, and had it ready within 45 minutes.

I also had a great chat with him while I was there. He runs an honest business and genuinely cares about his customers.

I couldn’t be happier with the service or the outcome. Top bloke and top service.

D.E.A.N.S - Worked on a specialist project for me which was not the norm but because of his technical expertise with electronics he was able to to help me with my issue and i was able to complete my project.

WOW Excellent Customer Service. Dean is very friendly and clearly has expert knowledge in games consoles. I had a backwards compatible PS3 suffering from YLOD the repair was done quickly and Dean kept in constant communication with me explaining everything very clearly and answering all my questions. My beloved PS3 is now working with no issues. I would highly recommend Dean for anyone looking to get games consoles fixed. I will definetly use again. I rang in the morning and asked if he could help me with a problem with my xbox and he could. Within the next hour i dropped it off and felt confident dean could fix it. Again within an hour i got a phone call saying i could pick up my xbox. Really efficient, friendly and very reasonably priced service highly recommend deans !!

Brought in a Backwards Compatible PS3 and Dean sorted it quickly and cheaply for me. Alot cheaper than any of the competition, and obviously has a real passion for tech. No fix no fee also makes the wait stress-free

I needed a new build PC to my own specifications. Even though I had a good idea what I wanted, Dean was really helpful in advising and tweaking the specification. Dean built the new PC and transferred my existing drives from my old PC so all my previous data is still accessible. I have been using the new PC for a month and am really happy with it.

Dean is very nice and provides excellent service. I had an issue with my laptop that wasn’t easy to fix, and Dean had it for a few weeks due to my personal circumstances. During that time, I ended up buying the exact same model of laptop. Dean kindly added the new RAM, removed both storages from my old laptop, and advised me on which external drives to buy. The laptop has been working perfectly with the new added ram . His prices are very reasonable, especially considering I had left my laptop with him for a long period. Dean is incredibly honest and sympathetic, and I genuinely feel like the country needs more people like him. His service is top-notch, and I highly recommend him.

Recently sent in a PS5 to Dean for repairs and although it was unable to revived in the end, I couldn’t get over the level of customer service and care taken during the repair/consultation.

Dean provided me with updates regularly every week, was completely transparent throughout the whole process and in the end, offered to buy my PS5 off me to salvage for the parts that could still be used for a future repair. Would recommend Dean to anyone I know, really class guy and insanely helpful! :) Thanks so much mate!
