Purchased Office 2021 from site. Was given download link and product key. Download was completed, and followed instructions. You need to pay careful attention to instructions. You will need to validate using telephone. Don't bother calling. Microsoft now validates online using the following link: visualsupport.microsoft.com. You will see a set of numbers in the dialog box that you will need to key in. Select next and Microsoft gives you a validation set of numbers you will need to key in. After that your GTG. The site's customer service is quick and provides "screen shots" to help you.

Be aware that the license is for your current computer ONLY...if you buy a new computer, you will need to buy a new license again. License is not transferrable from one computer to another.

I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERENCE I WAS GIVEN MISINFORMATION BY A REP AN FOUND OUT LATER I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR MY PROGRAM ALL OVER . THE REP EXPLAIN TO ME THAT IF I WANTED TO USE THE SOFTWEAR ON A DIFFERENT COMPUTER I WOULD HAVE TO UNINSTALL TO REINSTALL IT ON MY NEW COMPUTER THIS WAS A LIE AN ITS NOT THE MONEY IM A PROMOTER IN CHARLOTTE NC BIGBOYSTYLE ENT ITS THE PRINCIPAL . I WAS ALSO TOLD I COULDNT SPEAK TO A MANAGER NOT GOOD !!!

Prices are great - and I have purchased a lot of software here - but support for the win. I have used this site quite a few times and never needed support until today. Being deaf the chat feature was FAST and helpful. But what was extra great was they offered to complete my call to Microsoft and did so in minutes. Five stars Garry.

Customer service was responsive and quick. My issue was resolved relatively easily and they kept with it until it was solved.

As a senior volunteer helping a senior with a software purchase we were confused with the installation process. Finally chatted with Garry and he was trying so hard to help us. Sending a screenshot was not working, the telephone support was a bust but got Garry back and he was able to activate it on his end. Everything is finally working, just because of the support help.
