We solicited several surveyors to use for our proposed purchase. Through our interactions we decided to go with PDC based on Martina’s no pressure approach, her open and honest advice as well as her customer first attitude. We were not disappointed. When the survey was completed Paddy and Martina walked my wife and me through their findings and gave us the information we needed in an easy to understand way. This allowed us to make the right decision for not only our immediate needs and wants but for the future. Fantastic service provided by Martina & Paddy. We went for the option in which Paddy walked us around the property and covered any issues he had come across. PDC chartered surveyors did a great survey on garage works I had done by a cowboy builder. All went to court, the judge went by the report drawn up by Patrick. First-class service provided by PDC Surveyors, they couldn’t have done any more. Paddy went out of his way to accommodate our survey when I contacted him last minute and he got us fitted in the very next day. After the survey had been completed Paddy called me to discuss the findings and sent over the extensive album of photos he had taken whilst onsite. He went through every photo in detail and outlined what the issue was, recommended improvements and provided estimated costs for the repairs. An extremely professional and thorough service from start to finish, I couldn’t recommend PDC Surveyors highly enough and I’d definitely avail of their services again if I were to purchase another property.
