just works, made it easy, low learning curve.

I used the program to create a file for my son. Thankfully is was easy to use as I am not a tech. This was a one time thing and didn’t expect to receive a monthly fee as I was only looking to create this one file. I was charged a monthly fee and sent email to the support email and they were able to help me get a refund from there. Now just waiting on a credit to come in.

I agreed to a trial of a PDFPaw product but was then charged a subscription of $39.99 US which I didn’t agree to. I contacted them and a refund was agreed to but after 2 months and many emails the refund has not arrived in my account. They continually tell me there was a technical glitch but the refund should arrive in 5-7 days. I have not received a refund. I have now contacted PayPal to get a refund. Gave them 1 star as no stars wasn’t available. Do not deal with this company.

Through my stupidity or possibly PDF Aw trickery I have lost five payments of $39.99 to this company I am contacting my bank and possibly the FBI to rectify the situation

I thought in February I was obtaining a 3 page document for one dollar.On April 21st (stupidly not earlier) I checked my electronic credit card statement and I discovered that I had subscribed to a monthly subscription and billed four payments of $39.99. I canceled my subscription and had a nice email correspondence with Lisa (apparently a robot)
Lisa told me that PDF Paw would refund my last payment only. Instead, I was billed the next day for another $39.99. My subsequent emails to Lisa have been unanswered.
Whether from my stupidity or PDF Paw’s trickery i’m sorry I don’t have the option of giving my experience with this company zero stars.

Pdfpaw was a great tool to easily reduce the size of a pdf to comply with the specs for a vendor. Great product!

Even tho i want not nice on my request to cancel they were very quick and respectful in there response

Converting HEIC to JPG is easy

It was easy and other users left great reviews. Also the cost was very reasonable

The pdf to dwg conversion worked but our file was too complicated for a useful outcome.
We had a billing concern which was handled efficiently and without question for which we are thankful.

Super easy website to use - the quality of my converted PDF's was excellent, and the speed of conversion was almost immediate. Any questions I had were answered really quickly, and I'd highly recommend PDFpaw

i started with the promotional offer to reconfigure my art photos so that fine art america could upload my artwork to there print on demand function on my website which worked really well with high quality prints.I uploaded 6 photos and completed my first batch and then cancelled the plan till i next need it being fully satisfied . I then found out i was charged for a new month of use and asked for a refund,Lisa responded immediatley and sent the refund.All that said made me a loyal customer and i will use the service as i generate new material

Had trouble paying with PayPal. Had to use my own credit card.
