I started off buying a few for my child. Then, I encountered de-stress dough…the softness, the amazing smell. 😵‍💫 I didn’t know slime existed that didn’t feel…slimy! 🤯 Anyway, I don’t know what they’re putting in these, but I cannot put their slime down. 🪻🥥🍦

I order this slime often, I made a mistake on my last order, Michael from customer service fixed it right away. This is the best slime, and wonderful to deal with. We only get peachbbies, it's both my granddaughter's favorite, one has sensory issues. Thank you so much, you truly deserve 6 stars!!

My kids and I are obsessed with this slime. Had an issue with a missing item and customer service got back with me right away and resolved the issue!

When my package got lost in the mail they were very kind and sent me a new package. I had a great experience with them.

First their slimes are so cute! I bought 3 for my daughter’s birthday and she LOVES them! The sticky fix spray did leak all over the box and was empty upon arrival. I reached out to customer service and without question they sent a replacement right away. I just received it, and they sent us 3! Hands down the best customer service out there really 🤍

I love the slimes as gifts to my teenage kiddos because I run a small pizza shop also I buy them for my self so we always have a great time playing with slimes on our down time. I've spent alot of money here because the product is worth it.

Was a customer but no longer! Customer service was terrible with response time and sarcastic about product leakage during transit. I had a complete mess when opening the package and after my first complaint (no photos requested) they then wanted photos which I did not have with the complete leakage. Their responses were sarcastic about my leak and replied with leakage happens in different temperatures? Bottom line is they did nothing and lost a few customers for good.

I had a great experience with this slime company! My original order arrived with some of the slime spilled out of the container and into the box, but their customer service responded quickly and completely resolved the issue by sending a replacement. The slime that arrived safely was amazing—my daughter absolutely loved it! I also highly recommend purchasing the Fix-It Kit because it is definitely worth having. Excellent products and customer service—we will absolutely continue ordering from them!

Terrible experience - placed order that was damaged in transit. Slime was all over the inside of the box, accessories, etc. Provided pictures to customer service. They refunding one slime. Birthday gift that they said a 10 yr old had to clean up herself. Will never purchase from them again - filed a complaint with BBB. Buyer beware.

OMG the post office delivered two (2!!) orders to the wrong zip code. Micah went way above and beyond to resolve both issues, in such a timely fashion, across multiple messages. Went way above and beyond! Never see this kind of service in this day and age. Incredible!

Peachybbies is an incredible company! Their products are always top-quality and delivered with care. Recently, had to solve a mixed-up order with their customer service team and they were fantastic! Prompt replies via email and helped solve my concern instantly! They even let us keep the incorrect slime free of charge. Will be a customer for life! Keep up the great work!

My order had been delayed. So I emailed and they reached out as soon as possible to see where the issue was. Not only did they let me know one of the slimes I had purchased was out of stock but let me pick out another one that was to my liking. They also gave me other options as well. They walked me through the process of getting a replacement order since mine was lost. The whole experience was great and I am soo happy at how nice they were.

Ok so I did have some issues were it got delivered the wrong location, BUT! I messaged them and I got a response in just UNDER AN HOUR! and we were in contact for the next couple days, they are sending a new batch currently. So excited! Customer service is a trillion out of 10. (I live in the uk).

I bought 2 slimes to come for three to five days and they only came in two! Peachybbies is fast and fantastic. I now have six slimes from them!Also they have great customer service they were so nice.
