Before ordering items I read the refund policy to ensure I was entitled to a refund if the items were not suitable. They were a Christmas guft. The trousers came up short so I returned for a refund. When I ordered you bought 3 items got one free. I returned all 4 items. They have now only offered a gift card that only lasts 6 months.

Same as other reviews. Absolute scam. Poor quality and faulty product received.

Terrible- wish I had seen these reviews before I bought it! Still has not arrived and no one replying to my email over a month late!

Don't waste your money!
I ordered this off the back off an Instagram Ad endorsed by Gary Neville, however the whole thing turned out to be a scam. I eventually received a poor quality gillet all the way from China which didn't work. When I attempted to contact them for a refund, the email and phone number didn't exist! Luckily I disputed via my card provider and got a refund that way.

Scam site, got a tiny Gillet, ordered large, didn't receive battery. Could not get in touch with anyone re refund via chat, email or phone. AVOID

Exact same experience as others on here. Ordered heated gilet as a Christmas gift, arrived a month late after Christmas (from China). Wrong size sent. No response to emails or web chat, the UK phone number listed does not connect. Seems it's a scam and disappointed to see it still being advertised on Instagram.

ITS A SCAM.
I ordered my dad a heated body warmer for his birthday. It was NOT true to size and was about 2 sizes to small! You have to get in touch with them about returning, I have emailed 5 times, WhatsApp, called and you don’t hear anything back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

My children ordered me a heated gilet as a secret Christmas present. Wrong size delivered (after a month and after Christmas). I tried it anyway to see if it works and it rarely does. I’ve emailed customer service on multiple occasions re returning item - no reply. Small print says goods to be returned to US even though I’m in UK. Academic anyway as I can’t get return details. To be avoided at all costs.

Its a scam. I ordered an item on 15th Dec. It has still not arrived (15th Jan). With no effort to contact me or resolve the issue when I have contacted them on several occasions. I am going to take this further.
