Booked a first appointment
Booked a first appointment. Got a messages at 1am saying they can’t make it. I’m a personal trainer and cancelled two clients so I could make this appointment. Personally I don’t think they just didn’t want to offer the 50% off offer they had on their website! I normally go to Salford city clinic they have very reliable chiropractors and physiotherapist etc. so now having to book in there and I’ve been in pain for the last two days with my back and Peakform let me down big time. Won’t bother to reschedule the first appointment and first impression are everything and they’ve defo left a sour taste

I'd like to apologise once again for the significant inconvenience caused to you today. Unfortunately, our masseur's car unexpectedly broke down and he was unable to attend your appointment. This was communicated to you at very short notice, and we apologise sincerely for this.
I can assure you that hundreds of clients have enjoyed our 50% new client discount. While we completely accept that this situation should've been handled in a much better way, the idea that we 'wouldn't want to offer' the discount is unfounded.
I've reached out to you via email if you'd like to discuss this further. We're also offering you a complimentary session as a gesture of goodwill. I hope this demonstrates our commitment to providing the best possible service for all our clients, even when things don't go as we'd like them to.
We're very sorry that our usual high standards were not met on this occasion.
