When an order is placed on our platform, it is not simply a retail purchase — it includes a medical review by a licensed prescribing physician. In your case, your consultation was reviewed and approved, and the prescription was issued. Once that medical service has been completed and the prescription has been processed by the pharmacy, we are no longer able to cancel the order.

This policy is not about the ability to reverse a payment transaction; it is based on the fact that physician services have already been rendered. Even if a cancellation request is made within 24 hours, if the prescription has already been approved and sent to the pharmacy, it cannot be reversed.

• You mentioned that a doctor approved your prescription in 15 minutes. This is not accurate. The medical review was completed in a normal time frame, and the provider only approved the prescription after assessing the information you submitted in your consultation.
• Your only communication to us was the email asking to cancel your subscription, and we replied promptly with a full explanation and an invitation to reach out with any concerns.
• We did not receive any further emails, calls, or text messages from you, so we were unaware that you experienced any symptoms. Had we known, we would have immediately offered assistance and connected you with the prescribing provider for guidance.

Regarding the medication:
• Each prescription is reviewed by a licensed medical provider to ensure it is appropriate and safe based on your medical history.
