Exceptional Customer Service
The product was of very good quality. But what sets Pearl and Bear apart for me was their exceptional customer service. The product was delayed through no fault of theirs but the team were quick to offer a refund if needed. They kept me informed of progress and were quick to respond to any questions.

Absolutely fantastic company
Absolutely fantastic company. The first personalised item had a mark on the cover and they sent another out free of charge. Such a special item so they are obviously very sensitive to that. Would definitely use them again!
