I honestly couldn’t be happier with my decision to go with Pearl energy, they’ve been absolutely amazing from start to finish. From the first time I got in touch, I felt like they genuinely listened to what I wanted for my home rather than just giving a standard sales pitch. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the system was right for me, which gave me so much confidence in the whole process.

The installation itself went so smoothly and the team were brilliant. Really friendly, professional, and respectful of my home. I actually wasn’t at home during the installation and trusted them with a spare key, which says a lot, and they were completely reliable and respectful. I came back to everything done perfectly, which I really appreciated.

What’s really stood out to me is the aftercare. Even though I’ve only just had the panels installed, they’ve already been so helpful with any questions I’ve had and have continued to check in and offer support. It makes such a difference knowing they’re still there if I need anything.

I’m genuinely so impressed with the whole experience and so glad I chose them. It’s not often you come across a company that cares this much and delivers on every level. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I’m absolutely thrilled!

On purchasing an EV we needed a charger installing, at the same time decided solar might be a wise investment. We had 4 companies quote for the work and all came with slightly different configurations. Pearl Energy fully understood our requirements and came with a competitive quote. We had Ohme EV charger and Solax 10KW battery storage and 15 Solar panels. There was no hard sell. Everything was explained as to how the system would work for us and all our questions were answered. Both Alex and Brad made contact and kept us up to speed with installation and the whole process.
Installation was very efficient. The guys helped with downloading the App and explaining how it all works.
One of the reasons we selected Pearl was the fact that after installation and arranging all the certification Alex came out to us in order to get us signed up to the correct tariff with our energy supplier. Taking all the stress away from us.
Nothing was too much trouble, and they made the whole process easy.
This is a relatively young company but Im sure their professionalism and desire too get it right for the customer will see them succeeded in a competitive market.
I have left doing the review until 6 moths after installation in order to see if there were any teething problems. There have not been any.
I would certainly recommend Pearl Energy and have already done so.

Since the install this week, I’ve already noticed the difference and I’m saving money, which has been such a bonus. It’s great to see real results so quickly.

From initial enquiry to full installation the sales team and installation team was brilliant professional and aftersales support top class highly recommend

Had Battery Storage and a Immersion Heater installed last year. Have been trying to contact the company for some time to check how the system is working as the APP they recommended is no longer working. No reply from the 2 directors who were VERY quick to reply when they wanted the business/payment. No reply from calls to the office... V Poor. Will not use again.

Pearl Energy have been excellent. Our solar panels were fitted quickly by attentive experienced friendly staff. The work was done very professionally. The aftercare of setting up the account and exporting energy to the grid has been exemplary. I would recommend Pearl Energy to anyone.

Booked an appointment to discuss options, and based on resent interactions with several other installers their face to face customer service was the best.

Plenty of opportunity for questions and honest and forthright, shook hands that evening and have not looked back since, installation is May 2025.

Really helpful and professional outfit that will do the best to get an energy solution that suits you. Can’t recommend enough
