Perfect color without making me look unnatural
This product surprised me in a great way, the color came out beautifully. I still have a hairline of gray but I like it because it’s my style of color. My skin is mature and so my hair color matches my appearance. ❤️ I’m super satisfied

It took me a few times to figure out…
It took me a few times to figure out how to use this so it gives best results. I tried firs like a shampoo but didn't get all the greys so the second time I used a dye brush and mixed the shampoo in a bowl and worked great.

4 stars ONLY BECAUSE I need a darker color. So now I have to buy the black even though I have dark brown hair. So I suggest buying a shade darker. The process is super easy and convenient and it really does work! I’m sure once I get the darker shampoo it will be 5/5.

The dark brown is more like medium…
The dark brown is more like medium brown and it did not cover all the greys. It’s been 2 weeks since I tried it and it looks like I’m overdue for the salon. I’ll try it again since I have some product left and keep it in for longer to see if that makes a difference.

The company replied to my review saying I should send them a direct message? There is nowhere to do that!!! I’ve already emailed customer support multiple times!! Such a scam!! Don’t buy!!
Update: they replied to this review, wanting me to leave my phone number and email on a public website. This just further the fact that they have absolutely horrible customer service. Also, they keep telling me to reply. You cannot reply to replies on reviews. Maybe they should just check their email.

Does absolutely NOTHING they advertise…
The only positives is the product doesn’t smell or make your scalp itchy. Everything else about it is awful, it takes more than 3 pumps (at least 6) and after the first 2 pumps only the clear formula came out. None of my grey was covered, my hair wasn’t soft or glossy as advertised, and it did nothing for my overall hair color. All the time, effort, product and the cost and literally nothing. Do NOT purchase!!

It works, it REALLY works!!!!
I was skeptical but also desperate to find a hair coloring experience where I didn’t looked like an old woman with thinning hair - if you are brown haired or darker you know what I mean. The packaged was shipped from outside the US - skepticism deepens to I’d best try this on the weekend to fix any damage before Monday.
It WORKS!!!! Follow the directions- wash your ungloved hands before 5 minutes and NO dyed hands. I love it, my husband loves the fact it is gradient with the colored white hair and dark. Yes my hair is virtually snow white - very aging.
My only concern is they will stop producing the product. Shipping took a while but we are Amazon spoiled.

I was skeptical of the mixed reviews got this product . I tried PearWood dye shampoo anyway to see for myself since I like the ingredients they use. It’s my first time to use dye shampoo so I have nothing to compare it with. It certainly works for me! No stains, and the dark brown color covered my grey hair well. Applied shampoo weekly for the first 3 weeks to get my desired coverage. I love this product and will be ordering more! My only concern was that the delivery took longer than expected.

The performance is good and do not dry your hair which is amazing. I tried other brands before but their dry my hair a lot with just one time used. Pearwood help you with the gray hair and keeps it healthy. I love this product and would recommend 100%

I have very resistant grays
I have very resistant grays. I’ve been going through gray blending (at a salon) and the Demi permanent dye doesn’t cover them at all. The pear wood shampoo/dye covers them(not fully but better than the Demi). I leave it on longer than 15 minutes. Maybe 25-30. So far I’m happy with the product.

Very easy to use. I love the color and it covered my gray roots. I will say my first use did not cover my roots completely but the second time I used it, I loved it. I love that I can extend my hair appointments.

I usually use Revlon Colorsilk in medium brown to do my own touch up at the areas that grey peeks through at the temples. I tried this product out of curiosity. The color was a little reddish orange immediately after the first application, but faded after the next wash. I was satisfied with the result.

Pearwood Black Color Shampoo
I finally had a chance to use my coloring shampoo for the first time last weekend, and I am amazed. Rich soft black color, full gray coverage, no staining on my skin! Additionally, my daughter and my husband were suddenly commenting on how much they like the color of my hair. I loved how easy the application was, the no-harsh smell product, and the full gray coverage that the die was able to achieve. I am truly fascinated with the quality. I am also going to buy this for my sister who is struggling to keep color on her grays in her 50s. Thank you Pearwood for an amazing product! It's everything I was hoping for!
Before purchasing PearWood, I had inquired about what would happen if I use a lighter color. The customer service is excellent. The rep responded and advised that my natural color would be unchanged. My hair is dark brown. I used the light brown and it looks like I have highlights, rather than one solid color. It was easy to apply and I'm very happy with the end results. I continue to get compliments.
