Bike arrived today (earlier than anticipated)... packaged nicely and just needed unfolding and was ready to go... been for a little ride and it seems comfy and nippy... looking forward to commuting on this.

The team were super helpful in assisting me with what I needed. The order was also faster then expected.

Great bike works very well using it just as a normal bike easy to pedal if you happen to have flat battery haven't managed to do that yet. Very good powerful motor well built bike would have preferred a better quality of folding pedals apart from that absolutely delighted. Good communication on questions I had delivered on time thanks

After weeks of research I decided on purchasing a Pedibal Bike.
I ordered on a Friday afternoon and my bike was delivered Monday lunch time to me in Chester.

I don’t normally do reviews but on this occasion I really should. I never kept the Pedibal bike. Nothing wrong with it in fact it was a great bike, it was me and my health issues. So I sent it back for a refund Pedibal could not have treated me better, what wonderful people they are.

Fast and efficient delivery, great customer service based in the UK, would definitely recommend buying from them as Mark personally answered my query satisfactorily.

The pedibal navigata is a excellent electric bike. Great for people with mobility problems.. excellent quality value for money. I think the best folding bike sold in the UK. And with a vosa verification. Can't be beaten. Great after sales.

The bike has been fantastic I ride it at least four miles a day back and forth to my allotment at the age of 80 I don't think I would be able to get back and forth as I don't drive,and mark the owner of the company has always been more than helpful.

Mark was responsive and my bike was delivered in a few days with the DVLA cert and all! - overall the e cruzia is an amazing bike. Head turner for sure!!

Almost perfect. Chosen for weight / range and price combination. The handlebar grips are slippy if your hands get wet.

Bought 2 electric bikes to use with my motorhome in France. Excellent communication from Mark. Superb quality bikes. I came from France to pick them up from the shop, the bikes were all packed in their carry bags ready for me to load into my vehicle and head back to France. Thoroughly recommended. Only down side was the bloody UK traffic!!
