This is an update of my previous 5 star review. The ebike is really good but I am frustrated by one significant flaw. For me, at 5ft 9in with leg measurement of 30 in, the seat post is too short to accommodate my preferred seat height set by the heel to pedal method. The result is that even with the post at its highest position my leg is significantly bent at the lowest point (BMX style!) Having discussed with Mark in Customer services they could send me a longer post but this would not include the saddle suspension which is a key factor in the Mk 2. I am really surprised at this flaw since most people are taller than me and therefore will have an even greater mismatch of seat post to leg length.
At present I am continuing with the shorter cushioned post but it does take the edge off what otherwise is a great biking experience.

Great looking folding bikes with great customer service and support with with quick delivery. Myself and my husband bought 2 of the navigator bikes with the throttle option to take with us to France on our motor boat. The quality of build and performance is great 😊 looking forward to many adventures on them!

Great bike, lightweight folding street legal cycle, still testing the range, but seems up to the job. Update: As a 6ft 10 inch male weighing in at 122 kg with pedal assist I managed to get 42 miles out of the battery over various road conditions with hills and long ascends, well impressed.

Excellent customer service as usual, ordered a spare part, arrived within 3 days, full instruction, very clear. After service very good. Mark always responds to emails within a hour or so.
10/10.

The bikes design is what initially caught my eye, but it was the quality of the finished product that convinced me.
I am no a proud owner and enjoy every aspect of this bike, of which has been well thought out.

all working ok gets me to work about 5 miles away
every day,
I haven't had time to contact the DVLA
but it all seems cosher but I would like the DVLA to authenticate the document for the throttle
apart from that my Pedibal explorer is fantastic

Bike arrived all as it should, tiny blemish on stand nothing worth worrying about, Ended up with another set of tools and a certificate obviously ment for someone else’s. I phoned to inform them and they were delighted, They are sending me a set of mirrors as a thanks for being honest great company 👍🏻

This company is the only one that I could find that sells a legal "twist and go” electric bike - the folding Navigata II. The customer service is excellent, very polite and extremely helpful. The Navigata II is very simple to assemble out of the box and the bike oozes quality in its style, design, build and ease of use.
Highly recommended.

Mark was extremely helpful with the whole process. The purchase has been a great choice.

As usual, Pedibal deliver on time, with great products.
Unfortunately, the suspension seat post was too short (around 350mm,where the standard seat post is 500mm) but not to worry, it's a perfect fit for my wife's bike!

Speedy efficient service.

The MAXIMA I have performs great. The only problem I’ve had is with locking the battery in place. From the very first time I removed the battery I could not get it to lock back in place. I could not put enough pressure on the battery for the key to lock. I used an Irwin carpenters clamp to gently give that extra bit and the key turned and locked it place. However after a few rides the battery popped out and would not lock again. Anyway it turned out the small plastic bit that holds the battery locked had disintegrated. Anyway I rang Pedibal and they replaced the battery. Exactly the same story with the second battery so I now enjoy riding the bike with the battery held in place with Velcro straps. For a mid to high priced e-bike not good.

I did a lot of research before I bought this bike. I needed a bike that would fit in the boot of my car. Not a hatchback, and it does. I am 80 year old and so the throttle helps when I get to the hilly parts. The bike is finished beautifully, and gets lots of admiring comments. The only downside is the size of the box which they want me to keep. I live in a tiny bungalow and it's bigger than my furniture. To sum up, I love this bike

I stumbled upon Pedibal searching the internet for a reliable, well established and great e-bike company. Being the e-bike minefield that the net currently is, it was important for me to find a well trusted and well reviewed company. And wow, did I ever find one! Pedibal… what an awesome company! Fantastic selection of bikes, amazing customer service and a brilliant delivery service! I had a very smooth and fast transition from orderering the bike to it being delivered, and because they’re very passionate about their e-bikes and their service (check out the YouTube vids), I knew I was going to get a really well made and reliable e-bike. I cannot recommend them enough! Oh, I went for the E-CRUIZA. What a bike!!! Retro, comfy, fat tyre beast of a bike! Love it 😊

Pedibal have been very helpful and responsive throughout my pre-purchase questions. They answered detailed questions about delivery, setup, warranty collection, accessories, battery replacement, and the DVSA-certified throttle version of the Maxima. The information I received was clear and gave me confidence before ordering. Based on the service so far, I feel a 5-star rating is deserved.
