Very quick delivery, good product and pretty easy pannier rack to fit on the rear of my bike. Only slight error was not the correct bolts/nuts came with it.

I really like my Pedibal Navigata mk2, and the bike has given flawless service so far, but that’s not all that matters to me.

This was my first ever electric bike, and Pebidal are one of the few companies offering a DVSA certified range of bikes with legal throttles.
The fact my bike has a throttle AND is still completely legal to use on roads is a massive bonus.

Then there is the customer service from Pedibal.
I’ve asked them a few questions about my bike, and they reply promptly, helpfully or even post a link to a ‘how to video’.
They are also friendly in their manner.

With me being new to the electric bike scene, I’ve massively appreciated the customer service, and I love the bike.

Had an issue with one of their premium foldable bikes, there were some back and forth but Mark went above and beyond in customer service and resolved our issue within a couple days.

Considering the cost of their products, I would say that their after sales support is on par!

I 100% recommend just based on this experience.

Firstly, I was lucky enough to have a colleague buy one of their bikes - the Pedibal Navigata. I got a try of riding it. Immediately I fell head over heels - not literally - but was so thrilled at the bike. Looks very well built. My colleague had his for six months before I bought mine. Talked to Mark a few times before purchase. Good guy. When I bought the bike I was very keen to receive it. It was delivered fast. The bike is great and must be doing a power of good for my mental and physical health. I highly recommend the firm and the bike.

fabulous personal service - nothing is too much trouble and a great value for money bike

Received my Navigata MKII yesterday. I got the bike via Cycle to Work and there was a delay in the cycle to work team processing the order. I have to say that the sevice from Mark @ Pedibal was impecible. When I advised him there was a delay he helped to liaise with them to get it over the line. The bike arrived the next working day and from opening the box it was ready to ride in 10 minutes. The bike itself is everything I hoped it would be. Brilliantly constructed and a great ride. If you are thinking of your next ride I would definitely recommend it.

Bought my Navigata cit e 12 months ago love it . I have done a few updates to it .ie fitted hydraulic brake callipers to it (quite hilly around me) also took the front light off it and replaced it with one with a lot better shine off it when used at night,also fitted a guard off a racing bike to go around the derailleur so when bike is being transported in fold up position I noticed that I had to adjust derailleur which works well.i have the throttle version but to be honest have used twice ,once when I bought the bike to check it worked and once to see if it would get me up a hill which it did ,I am contemplating buying another e bike for my wife have looked at a few different e bikes but will probably be ringing Pedibal in the next few days to order another one

Absolutely wonderful company!! Excellent customer service, no matter how many questions I had, they have been always more than happy to help. Mark especially went above and beyond and even sent me an email advising the best way to unpack my bike given my chronic health issues. As for the bike itself, I bought the Navigata CitE with a throttle. As someone with ME/CFS I needed something that would enable me to get out and about again without the fear of having an energy crash and the throttle on this bike enables me to do that. I haven’t ridden it far yet, just a short test run but it was fantastic, very smooth and easy to operate. Such a brilliant design and folds up small enough to not take up loads of space in my hallway. This is a small, independent, UK based company and their products and customer care are way better than most larger manufacturers I have come across and at such reasonable prices. I’m so happy! I bought my Pedibal over a year ago, but have only been using it regularly for the last couple of months due to having a knee replacement. The bike has been perfect for my recovery, meaning I can pedal when I want and use the throttle when I need to. Everyone admires the aesthetics of the bike, which is a bonus.
