Well I rarely if ever actually get round to writing a review but here goes. Recently decided to purchase a folding Ebike, for reasons I won't bore you with. Had to be folding as have little space in garage. Much internet time and review reading later I chose to purchase a Pedibal Navigata MII, non throttle control pedal assist only. Was nervous a rarely make big purchases on line. Any way their site advised next business day delivery and easy return if not happy. As promised bike arrived on time. Having unboxed and inspected it, there was some minor cosmetic damage, which I was unhappy with. Contacted Pedibal via their online chat and a replacement bike was arranged. Given this was week end there was a short delay. So as bike was out of the box it felt wrong not to give it a road test. 50+ miles over 3 days and was much impressed, Did everything I had expected. levelled hills and dealt with arduous head wind without a falter. yes some have mentioned that power assist is cadence related and drops out the faster you pedal but I have not found this to be an issue, I find it works like its sensing you struggle and slow down so then gives the required assistance. So couple days later and replacement bike arrives and I happily unbox and inspect Bike No2. Yep all good, so off I bimble. Sadly after little more than 3 miles fairly flat riding fault developed in front wheel hub. Got bike home in boot of Citroen C3 with no issue.. Back on email contact to Mark at Pedibal, sent pictures and video of the issue. Short time later received phone call from very apologetic Mark who offered full refund and was initially reluctant to send 3rd bike as after 2 faulted bikes he didn't want to risk me getting a third. But having tried the bike with 1st bike I was pleased enough with it and how it functioned to convince Mark to go for 3rd delivery. So again couple days later Bike No3 arrives. Out the box and off I go. 10 Hilly and windy miles around Weston later leaning heavily on the power assist only used probably around 30/40 % of battery charge and I was as pleased with it as I had been with initial bike. Furth 40 or so miles later and still finding the bike fault free and works as I like. Power levels can be set to kick in in either, 1-3, 1-5, 1-6 or 1-9 settings personally found 1-3 it was almost all or nothing 1- 9 felt minimal differences in levels so tend to find sweet spot for me is 1-6 ( U setting in the menu). At night lights are effective, definitely set for being seen perhaps more than seeing so round town fine any darker lanes I would advise certainly an additional front light. Have used it frequently over short areas of unpaved rought (ish) ground (rutted grass area) found it to manage well with this. Overall pleased with pruchase and impressed with customer service. 4 stars rather than 5 simply due to issues mentioned, and slight DPD delivery glitch.

Ordered a throttle assist navigator mk11 bike and it arrived very quickly, well packaged and no issues at all.

It is good to have a Company that you feel you can contact after the initial purcahse and is one of the main reasons I chose this bike instead of alternative cheaper optioins.

I have onky had the bike for approximately two months and use it to commute tgo and from work, i am not the fittest of people so I tend to use the assist from level 4-5 for most of my 8 mile each way commute.

The bike is very well built and feels very safe to ride. I am very happy with everything so far and hope it handles as well in the colder months to come.

I hope if I look after the battery it lasts a decent anount of years.

Fantastic product. Very pleased with it. Only thing I’d say is that if you order the rear rack, moving the back light is very difficult. I did not manage it and ended up buying another back light which is battery powered.

We've had pedible navigator cycles for a year now and so far they have been ideal for what we need.
They fold down small enough to get into our motorhome with ease making our adventures a lot easier. as the range and power up hills means we can go further afield in one trip

As a very experienced cyclist over many years trying out electric bikes for the first time, I did quite a lot of research and I am delighted with the product. Mark at the company has been great on advice and sending me related items very quickly. Always a good test of real customer service is when things go wrong. When Royal Mail failed a delivery, Mark was on the case same day to fix it.

This is a great powerful folding bike. I bought the model with a throttle control and it is quite capable of pulling up a hill with no pedal input, impressive.

Outstanding customer service. A fault with the locking mechanism on the folding handle bar stem resulted in a fast and improved design replacement sent out within 24 hours. Seriously impressed - brilliant and a very satisfied Customer. Many thanks.

The City bike is ideal for getting around in European cities where the cycle tracks are smooth and plentiful. The legal throttle is good for setting off when the lights change.

Overall found the bike was a nice comfortable machine to ride, but it isn't lightweight as you describe it, I can just about lift it into my car,( maybe I'm getting old ) also the assist only really kicks in at position 4 which suits me as I only need it on hills, otherwise no complaints and no regrets in buying it.

Buying this bike was a considered purchase for me. As I live too far away to have a test ride I had lots of questions prior to making my decision, which were all answered promptly via email.

Once I placed my order the bike was dispatched within a few days. Arrived all fully assembled. Just had to lift it out of the box. Which was perfect for me.

This bike is a dream to ride, and SO much fun having the throttle.
I went for a ride with my friend who said 'what is the point of having the throttle, you might as well have a moped' So I let her have a go, and boy did she love it! She soon changed her mind!

One of my main concerns, being a woman in her 60's, was the weight of the bike, and would I be able to lift it into the boot of my car. Well that turns out to be no problem. The magnets hold the wheels together nicely when folded so you can get a good hold on the frame to lift it up. Fits easily in my Citroën C1 boot.

Another thing I like about this bike is that I can wheel it along folded (just like you see them doing on the website advert) I take it from my back garden straight to my car folded, lift in, and away to go.

I highly recommend this bike. It is so easy to fold, comfortable to ride, and loads of fun.
