We’ve been around for 55 years now, so we know just how much value our customers put on their animals. They’re not just for birthdays, or for Christmas – they’re part of the family. And, being a family run business ourselves, we know just how important the concept of family is. We currently trade from a 6000 sq ft warehouse on Cleveland Street and a 1800 sq ft superstore in Anlaby, and stock a wide range of products for all kinds of animals – from spiders to stallions, chickens to chameleons and, of course, the trusty dog and cat!

Perfect item, Poor Customer Service
The item itself is perfect, a lovely dog bed, and well packaged, arrived safely, for this it gets two stars. Everything else was a very poor experience. Delivery time was 9 days from the day I paid and on payment, I was informed 3 to 5 days for delivery. I emailed at 5 days, to check on the item, and had no reply. I chased it up at 7 days, and finally got a reply, on the day that the bed arrived.
Had I had a prompt reply, apologising, explaining delayed delivery, and being clear about arrival time, etc I wouldn't mind. However, this was poor communication, and poor customer service, and does not make me feel this is a company I would trust to buy from again.

Our estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days as you placed your order on Sunday 14 May this would have taken you to Friday 19 May - unfortunately this was extended to Tuesday 23 May due to delays with the courier and I do apologise greatly that this wasn't conveyed properly to you!
