My experience from start to finish with Pegasus finance was outstanding. Lauren was excellent in making me feel safe and comfortable, she is very good and knowledgeable. She kept me informed all the way through the process and made sure that I understood how everything worked. I would recommend people ask for Lauren if they want an excellent service and experience.

Helpful, friendly, professional, from the start they kept me informed every step of the way. It was our first time buying a Campervan and we felt in safe hands, they clearly knew the industry and kept in touch with the dealership and with ourselves reassuring us that everything was proceeding as it should. He took all of the hassle out of the purchase liaising between the dealer and myself, always keeping me in the loop and making everything straight forward. Pegasus is a great Company to deal with, they strive to find the best solution for your needs, we were lucky to have dealt with George Butler who dealt with us from start to finish keeping us informed along the way as to what was happening when purchasing our Caravan. All went smoothly and we would definitely deal with this Company again. Thanks George.

They’re obsessed with whether you own a house, not whether you can afford or secure the loan properly. Their claims of “flexibility” are just marketing fluff—they declined me for a liveaboard boat despite good credit and zero debt. Their actual model caters only to property-backed clients. Honestly, you’d have better luck borrowing from a stranger on the dock.

And to top it off, they sent me promotional emails after declining my application. Utterly tone-deaf. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone outside the homeownership club.

Have to say it did not feel like i was applying for finance. From start to finish Lauren was so lovely very professional and made the experience so effortless.
Lauren kept us upto date at every stage which was amazing as I then had the confidence in her so I even forgot I was applying where before I have been anxious with not know what is going on with other companies.

So overall Lauren was 100% amazing service and personally ...
