We were a party of nine with ages from grandparents to 2 years old.
Stand out for me was the willingness and helpfulness of the staff, from the Restaurants to the service in the cabanas but especially all those involved in boating.
Every one of us had a great time.

Holiday
We stayed at the resort recently and, overall, found the accommodation to be beautiful and the setting absolutely lovely. However, we felt that the experience at Peligoni Club did not quite match the standard we expected from the resort.

At times, the service at the club felt somewhat disconnected from the accommodation, almost as though they were operated by two different teams. While some members of staff were lovely, there were a few interactions where we found the service to be slower than expected and, unfortunately, the tone of communication could sometimes feel a little condescending. We appreciate that everyone can have a difficult day, but a warmer and more attentive approach would have made a significant difference to our experience.

The 4pm check-in time also felt quite late, particularly as we were travelling with me being seven months pregnant. We were disappointed that the reception team did not seem particularly proactive in assisting us. We later discovered that our villa had actually been ready from 3pm, which would have been very helpful to know. We also would have appreciated someone showing us around the club and explaining how everything works, as this was not offered to us.

We found the food and service at Tasi Restaurant somewhat average and were hoping for a little more authentic Greek character in both the food and the overall experience. On the other hand, we had a wonderful experience at The Terraces Restaurant, where the food was excellent.

One area where we felt the advertising could be clearer is regarding the club being described as “toddler-friendly.” There are two lovely playgrounds, but we were told that they could only be used if we were happy to leave our child in the care of the staff. Of course, we completely understand that the club offers childcare and that some parents may want to take advantage of this service. However, not every parent wants to leave their child in childcare — many parents simply want to spend time playing with their children themselves. It would therefore be wonderful to have at least one playground or play area where parents can stay and enjoy the space with their toddlers.

Despite these points, we genuinely enjoyed the beautiful accommodation and the island itself. We would happily return, but on our next visit we would most likely choose the accommodation without the Peligoni Club experience.

We hope this feedback is taken in the constructive spirit in which it is intended, as we really believe the resort has something special and could offer an exceptional experience with a few improvements to the service and family facilities.

We had an amazing week at Peligoni. We could not have dreamed of a better crew than the entire staff who made our time there extra special!

We returned for a fourth time and had a fantastic holiday - brilliant set up, location, very helpful smiley staff, incredible food, always very clean both in the club and in the villas... every detail carefully thought through to provide everything you could want or need on a holiday! Only removed a star because this was the second time we had several days of a 'black flag' meaning no watersports or swimming which makes the club unusable on those days as it's too hot to be there when you can't go in some form of water (the only pool is always occupied by babies/toddlers) - this is not ok when you've paid as much as you do for the membership!

It’s literally the most relaxing holiday you could have with young children. The kids club is the best I’ve ever experienced and my children love it and all the team who work there. Everyone working there is a pleasure to interact with and any issues are dealt with immediately and professionally. We have booked for the following year each time as soo as we’ve left.

This was our second year and whilst we still enjoyed it, the quality of food and our experience was good, there were some disappointments and areas that had declined since our last visit or fell short of our expectations.

We were served two items during our stay that had gone off, gazpacho and some juice. This happened last year too, which I wouldn’t expect to occur. One was met with appropriately, the other met with defensively, despite us being respectful in how we addressed it. The waitress responding defensively and slightly argumentatively, we found we had a few problems with her style during our style as various points, slow to respond, dismissive and not showcasing the level of customer service expected or seems to be the bar.

Overall the terraces were dirtier than we’ve ever experienced, for the whole week the same but shells remained on the floor by our sunbeds, which appeared to have been there since the beginning of our stay, so who knows how long they’d been there. Old bits of limes, serviettes, it didn’t seem that cleaning of the terraces and sunbed area was a priority. I also found a part of a broken beer bottle (so glass) around the kids pool.

Despite the above, Jules and Casper (o think) from the kids Tarka club were absolutely fantastic. They handled themselves and the kids really well, especially during challenging moments for the kids. They were stand out in how they came across!!

This really is just the most wonderful family holiday - year after year friendships are made and memories forged. Teenagers are so happy which is not easy!! Thank you again x

We had a fabulous time! The service was excellent, and the location was amazing. We had so much fun dancing on tables (even the kids), making new friends, exercising, swimming, and kids club! There is so much to offer. I also love how rustic the North of Zakynthos is. I was so sad to leave.

Amazing club! Great staff beautiful yoga shala and world class classes! Dominika was an incredible instructor and so was fitness instructor Anna!

A truly special place with real, rustic charm in a luxury way. We returned again for a second year and put our one year old son in the creche which he loved!

The villa - Meraki was absolutely gorgeous and villa manager very efficient - the pelagoni club is amazing - it does seem to be run by quite young people but the customer service is really fantastic - the food is very good and lovely facilities - very boho chic is how I would describe it - I was worried it would be so busy and over run with kids and you would not be able to book a table for lunch / dinner but that was all fine - I did book the big food events in the evening in advance though - they do run a taxi service after 6.00pm to and from your villa which is great but this leaves during the day with a problem as you seem to have to ferry everyone back and forward which I would say is the only downside to the holiday - I would happily pay more to have the taxi service available all day and speaking to a lot of people that was their view too - it would be the only thing that would stop me going back - however a lovely place and we all loved it so much

No watersports available the week we visited despite being told we would be able to buy day passes.

Peligoni was an incredible experience for our whole family. We really felt like we were at a home away from home but with the added luxury of kids activities, baby childcare, restaurants, wonderful drinks and great activities to enjoy during your moments of 'Mom and Dad time'. Our kids loved both the RUGRATS and the TARKA club and our baby was incredibly happy to see the smiling faces in the creche for a couple of hours each day. We felt so well looked after, the front desk staff were always incredibly attentive and every staff member we spoke to was friendly and attentive. We had such a great time that we are already planning a trip back next year with friends! Thank you and please keep doing what you are doing!
