Working with Penguin Publication for my book writing has been a great experience so far. Adrian has been incredibly supportive, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the process. He really helped bring my ideas to life in a structured and professional way. I’m now close to completing my book and genuinely excited to have it published this Summmerrrr!

The team assign to myself has been very helpful and understanding. Starting from Richard Austin explaining the process, Danny Brown and the transition to Steve Wilson as project managers has gone smoothly. Steve kept the process going forward and communications have been great! All suggestions have been addressed in a timely matter. I am very happy with the process and am looking forward to the completion of the book.

I have received wonderful communication with those I have worked with at this company; specifically Steve and Danny. I feel like they have been kind and courteous and very professional.

Danny was truly phenomenon throughout the process by providing clear path, guidance and expertise. The regular check ins and support provided was not what I expected. I appreciate you care amd thoroughness ensuring that my personal goal was reached.

I worked with Penguin Publications for book publishing and the experience was average. The team did help me complete my book and guided me through the basic steps, but the process took longer than I expected. Communication was okay though sometimes replies were slow. In the end the book was finished properly but the overall experience could have been better.

The Penguin Publications staff was cordial and provided my book cover on schedule. Although it didn't really convey the mood I was going for the design was passable good for a simple cover but to go closer to your concept, I would advise providing through feedback.

These people work under many names Publishing, Publishers, now Publications; they also change the end of their domain from .com to .org and .net which is strange. DO NOT touch this company - they promise the world but don't deliver. They said I would have a completed manuscript within 90 days. They didn't even help me create the table of contents within 90 days!!! I have had no help and I have had zero guidance; I have had to guide them. I have provided over 3/4 of my book which I have edited before I sent (well over 65,000 words) and in the 9 months they have had my work, they have returned only 2000 words that they did virtually nothing to, mostly formatting and they got that wrong. There were spelling mistakes that they added in, because they weren't there when I edited it before sending as I put it through AI.
They have also asked for more money for marketing which I had already paid for. I am in the process of trying to get a refund but they have disappeared. At one point they didn't even respond for over 3 months. I was told my complaint would go to their "in-house compliance team" (they don't have a compliance team) and I would receive a reply within 5-7 working days, but have heard nothing for over four months now. They are frauds. On their website they show books suggesting they published but when I did some digging and even contacted the authors they had never heard of this company. If you want a polished manuscript completed within an agreed time, go elsewhere. I have lost over £4000 that I doubt I will get back.
They will probably say on here they don't recognise me as a client, but they do. I dare say all reviews on here are bogus unless they are complaints!
