I had a number of treatments to increase the girth on my penis, over a 2 year period approximately between 2022-2024. This included having to have the filler dissolved due to the lumpy state of my penis.
Obvious concerns were realised when my penis started to lose its size from the treatments pretty quickly and the fact that regular, expensive, top ups were frequently required. I therefore stopped the treatments.
I wasn’t shown the type of filler being given at any point, I was just told about it.
The treatments didnt hurt, although the bruising afterwards was horrific.
My penis is back to the normal size now, although there are many lumps, that appear permanent. This appears more increased and lumpy all over, once the penis is erect.
I even think it looks like cancer of the penis and feel like I should get it checked out, although, as of yet I haven’t, due to the sheer embarrassment.
I suffer from erectile dysfunction now, although I’m unsure if the treatments from Penisfill have caused this or if it is my age of 53 or issues with low testosterone?
I definitely wouldn’t have had the treatments if I could turn back time.

Dr sef is a master at what he does, I've been using him for around 7 years and recently for my second top up of the hybrid and it's a game changer, it does feel real, almost undetectable thank your Dr sef

WORST DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE. I TRUSTED DR SEF WITH THE HYBRID FILLER AFTER HE SWORE UP AND DOWN THAT IT WOULD MIMIC A NATURALLY HARD PENIS. TOTAL LIE. WITHIN WEEKS, MY PENIS STARTED DEVELOPING HARD LUMPS UNDER THE SKIN THAT STICK OUT WHEN I'M HARD. AND YES, I FOLLOWED SEF'S AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS AND MASSAGED THE AREA FOR AN ENTIRE WEEK. IT LOOKS COMPLETELY BIZARRE AND LOOKS LIKE I HAVE A PERMANENT SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED DISEASE! I CAN'T BELIEVE I PAID FOR THIS NIGHTMARE.

IT IS CLEAR HE USES CHEAP UNREGULATED FILLER. ON HIS WEBSITE, IT SAYS 'HYBRID-ULTIMATE IS OUR REVOLUTIONARY DUAL EFFECT HYBRID INJECTION. DON'T MAKE ME LAUGH! THERE'S NOTHING 'REVOLUTIONARY' ABOUT THIS AT ALL! HE MIXES CHEAP HA FILLER WITH CHEAP PLLA AND CLAIMS IT'S 'INNOVATIVE'. WHAT'S WORSE IS THAT YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT HE IS INJECTING IN YOU AS HE DOESN'T SHOW YOU THE PRODUCT LABELS.

IN FACT, PLLA IS KNOWN TO CAUSE NODULES WHEN MIXED / DILUTED INCORRECTLY. THIS IS WHY HARDLY ANYONE USES IT FOR PENILE GIRTH ENHANCEMENT ANYMORE AS IT'S TOO RISKY. SEF DOESN'T USE FDA-APPROVED PLLA (SCULPTRA). INSTEAD, HE USES CHEAP KNOCK-OFFS FROM OVERSEAS. HE WILL LIE AND PROMISE YOU SMOOTH AND NATURAL RESULTS. HE IS ONLY AFTER A QUICK BUCK. letting this absolute fraud inject my penis was the worst decision of my life. i got the so called hybrid ultimate filler a couple months ago, and sefan choudhry straight up lied to me, promising it would be ultra hard like a natural penis. what a joke. a few weeks later, i was left with disgusting lumps and nodules all over my shaft. it looks completely messed up, like some freakish alien growth. i’m beyond furious.

this man was suspended from injecting, but instead of facing the consequences, he just changed his business name from penisfill to aiva and carried on like nothing happened. how is this even allowed?!! he needs to be stopped. i went to a proper urology clinic, and they told me they’ve seen loads of men come in after being butchered by this scammer, all desperate to fix the nightmare he left them with. please, if you’re even considering going to him....DON'T. just look at the other reviews

I had the premium filler previously which was very good, dr sef said that the new hybrid would be longer lasting and better for me and I believed him, i couldnt believe the amount of lumps that formed, I have 10 plus lumps and they are going to be there for a couple of years, my partner always comments on them and this doesnt help things and makes the whole experience worse for me. it was a very expensive procedure and im so let down by this hybrid and by the dr for suggesting it.

Sef is absolutely brilliant, so precise so happy I choose this company to go with, I would recommend to anyone that he is a trustworthy Dr

I went for the hybrid filler and the results are absolutely shocking. Inconsistent lumps and nodules all over my penis which look 10x worse when I’m erect. It feels like my penis is full of gravel. Wasn’t even shown the product label so have no idea what he has even injected in me. He claims it PLLA and HA but it could be anything. I’ve booked in to see a urologist to have this crap surgically removed. The urologist I spoke to said that many penisfill patients have been contacting them lately to have their poor results fixed.
Please save your money and DO NOT allow this individual to wreak havoc on your penis.

My experience with this particular company has been distressing to say the least. I visited earlier this year as I was interested in the ‘Hybrid’ filler which promised ultra-firm results. My first appointment seemed very rushed. I was in and out within 20 minutes. No consultation, no real interest in my concerns. He injected exactly where I told him not to, leaving my penis uneven and lop-sided. This individual has no real interest in delivering good results. He’s after your wallet and nothing else!

I went back for a touch up (I really wish I hadn’t). He just filled over the squishy areas with more filler! He didn’t even consider dissolving some of the migrated filler first. He promised the end result would feel firm. 6 months later, I am left with the most deformed, squishy, horrific excuse for a ‘penis’. I can’t even look at it because it genuinely disgusts me. The so-called ‘collagen growth’ is lumpy, uneven and inconsistent in terms of hardness. I curse the day I visited this place and I’m filled with nothing but regret.

I have booked myself in with a reputable clinic to have the cheap, squishy Hyaluronic acid dissolved so an actual doctor can inject me with proper filler and with the proper technique.

If you’re thinking about booking in, please, don’t. Don’t go for ‘permanent’ filler as this man has no idea what he’s doing. He will make promises he is unable to live up to and he will leave you with a deformed looking penis.

There is a reason this individual has been suspended from practising. Just search ‘Mohammed Sefahn Choudhary’ on Google to find numerous articles regarding this.

It was great for me. I’ve achieved my desired results. It takes some time to settle but after few days you are ready for normal life. The team were attentive and professional. I highly recommend and will come back.
