This is a HARD cover journal not soft. The end product did NOT look like what I approved. They have accused me of ordering an extra 100 copies online and I have told them that I did not. A supervisor refuses to speak with me on the phone. I am trying to speak with the company CEO to discuss.

The entire production process was not professional, and it seemed that their management was messy. The overall experience was stressful.
