I needed to consolidate a number of pensions from different lenders which were quite old policies and not performing as well as they could be.
The team at Pension Pulse made very straightforward without all the jargon and they also regularly check in in case any modifications can be made to maximize returns.

We have been impressed with the whole process. From initial conversations, to exploratory meetings to the detailed meetings and all with no pressure applied to sign up. Everything has been explained clearly and they were very patient with us asking lots of questions. We are just hoping that the advice pays off now!

Although I am brand new to Pension Pulse I have been very impressed by the level of customer so far. Nothing is too much trouble and they seek to empower customers to take control of their pensions which is great as I felt powerless with my old company but Pension Pulse have made transfer easy and I look forward to having active management rather than my pension being a bottom feeder to the point I may as well have left it under my mattress.

I had two subsequent calls, both of which were really informative and I decided to go ahead with Pension Pulse’s suggestions to move all my old pensions into one new pension which was more flexible. The process was made very easy and I was kept updated by Pension Pulse during the switch over. Earlier this year I was contacted several times by my previous workplace pension providers to remind me that, as I’m now 55, I should start looking at my pensions to assess whether I could retire comfortably or not.
