They were wonderful everything went perfectly as planned. There was one little cap that was missing at the filter… they gladly shipped it and I got it in two days.

So far all is good. Just ordered spa and ordering was easy.
We see how long is takes to arrive. Hopefully with in 3 weeks. I miss not having a hot tub!

All my dealings with them were pleasant and straightforward. The spa shipped much faster than anticipated and will arrive much sooner. They have sent instructions on how to receive the spa and make sure it isn't damaged. It really seems they are watching out for my best interest. Love it!

I bought the Aquarest 400, The shipping was as expected. The spa itself is a definite upgrade for us. So far very pleased with the model. The support from PeopleLikeClearwater were very helpful and will be contacting them when accessories are needed.

I had never purchased a spa before and really knew nothing about them, so as you can amagine I had questions. My first call to AquaRest was with Ashley, so helpful, knowledage, and friendly, she really knows her spas specs. My second call a few of days later was answered by Amy, again so friendly and nonrushed. My third call a week later was answered by Mindy and I could tell she was busy but still took the time to help me. Okay my fourth and last call was to order our spa! My call again was answered by Mindy, she remember me and was so very helpful, actually remember the conversation about headrests that in the excitment of finally ordering the spa I had forgotten about them, thank you Mindy. The only thing I would like to address is at the time I was quoted $3249.99 for my spa and it went on sale, "end of the year blowout sale" for $3199.99 the same I ordered and paid $3249.99 for mine. So I will ask for an ajustment of $50.00 please and thank you, Happy Shawn D. in Spokane, Washington.

First placed order from sister website and told if I wanted to change model of same series hot tub the wait list would be 16 weeks. Placed order on this website and showed in stock and shipped within 7 days. Both charges were from same company ( merchant Id), charged me $100 for cancelled order with same company. After all this I received the hot tub and the zipper is split on the cover, now I'm dealing to get this fixed.

Called from Oregon early this morning. Employee Amy answered the phone with a happy pleasant greeting…I already knew what products I wanted to order, and she was right in top of it, answering any of my multiple questions, and giving me shipping information and added suggestions. I was very pleased to call my order in on the phone instead of using the internet…Amy gets all my 5 stars!!
