We just got our new 6 person hot tub!
I was impressed with the customer service rep Mindy. She worked with me prior to shipping and throughout the delivery process.
Cant wait to get it going! Great value and looks so nice!

Ordering was easy, but it took over a month to receive my spa(ordered 9/26/19 delivered 11/1/19). When i went back to check the site I saw they had a $100 drop in price. When i asked if they could change my price to match the change or send me products of equal value it was a no. As far as the hot tub I am using it with 110 plug and seems to work fine. Easy to move and is comfortable to sit in.

Only problem I had was I paid for a two horse pump and I only got a horse and a half

The order process was straight forward and easy. They’re communication has been very good. They called to confirm my order and offer any assistance if needed. They answer the phone and answer questions promptly. So far a very pleasant experience.

Update: I knew I should have waited on reviewing this spa until I had it installed.
I received the spa and have to say that I am TOTALLY unsatisfied and disgusted with this product! There was a VERY loud moaning/vibrating sound from the pump. The motor/pump had to be replaced a week after I installed it! There were no gate valves installed in their top of the line spa, so I had to drain it to have it repaired! And the problem still exists after the repair! The skirting is so flimsy, it rattles from the vibrations.
I will say that the reps at both People Like Clearwater and Aquarest were very professional and helpful in their ATTEMPT to rectify the problem. But regretfully the problem still exists!

While I have not yet received my spa, I have had a very good experience with People Like Clearwater. There was a small miscommunication on something they posted online, but it was resolved and the rest of the transaction went smoothly. The ability to speak to a rep 24/7 online is very helpful. Every time I used the live chat, the rep was very helpful and always answered my question satisfactorily. So far, it has been a very good experience with them. I'm looking forward to receiving my spa!

very easy to order hot tub and at a good price

Poor communication within the company, pulled my credit after I reached out on live chat with I believe Cathy to cancel my app because I decided i wanted to go through my own credit union. Cathy assured me my app would be canceled and credit would not be pulled. When I reached out to Mindy on live chat she said the paper work must have got mixed up, unorganized and poor communication will buy a hot tub somewhere else !!

We highly recommend Clearwater Pool & Spa, Inc. (PeopleLikeClearwater.com) for your hot tub/spa needs. The price, including shipping to our MN home, could not be beat! Their customer service and help through a manufacturer issue was phenomenal.

I love the fact that they have the actual prices online with a detailed description. They don't make you fill out a form and wait for an overpriced expensive quote. I am excitedly waiting for my hot tub to arrive in about 2 weeks.

We are so pleased with our hot tub. It arrived during the time it was supposed to and we have really enjoyed using it.

I thought the company did a good job with any questions I had prior to the order. I preferred ordering via them since they also have the ability to order parts etc.. "Support those... who help support your product you own".. Although after it was ordered it was extremely difficult to get an idea when it would arrive. I finally had an idea a couple days prior. Which made it difficult to have a local mover schedule the final move to it's resting place. I did discover that the chemical start up kit had a leak in one of the bottles... And the filter was the wrong filter for the Sauna. Which when I called.... I was told to call someone other than clearwater. Which then placed me with someone else. And finally sent to Aquarest. They were great. They shipped the filter and new startup chemical kit I ordered over night. Very pleasant and also great. I would easily recommend this. Although I personally feel the customer should not have to be going through multiple phone chains to finally get to someone who can help them. I paid Clearwater and they should be able to take care of the problem from start.

Poor customer service. The spa is great. It is everything I expected, be sure and get the upgrade to 240V and pay to have it wired. The service however has much room for improvement. At the time of order I was told to expect delivery within a eight day range. about 5 days into it I checked on it and was told sorry our date calculator was wrong. it is not going to ship for another 11 days. It did ship sooner than that, but having to deal with the delivery people on my own was a mess. Customer service is them checking on my question and reporting back, not turning me over to a third party that I had no contract with. Took 5 calls to the delivery folks after the spa sat within an hour of my home for 5 days.

Received even faster than expected. Works great and half the price of the competitors

Easy finance process, got hot tub within 2 weeks, was able to live chat anytime to answer any questions, which was great. Would recommend. The product is great quality and pretty easy set up. THANK YOU CLEARWATER!
