Avoid Avoid!!! Do not buy from this company! Products are terrible quality and returns almost impossible.
Chinese company with dreadful products don't look at all like the pictures in their ads.

This and seemingly all clothing companies, who clearly pay Insta/Facebook (Meta) to advertise on our personalised feeds/wall etc…appear to be fraudulent. They even have fake Trust Pilot reviews as well so they’re tarnishing the reputation of this site too!…I do have a screen shot of that Why is no action being taken against these companies or indeed Meta as they are knowingly allowing this to happen? Due diligence on companies that pay to advertise on our feeds must be weak and the Know Your Client documentation should be an interesting read…

Basically (and after my rant - apologies for that)…if it looks too good to be true, it probably is!! Stay away and buy from trusted sources.

Dreadful company, avoid! The dresses look great on social media but are terrible quality. I asked how to return, expecting an address and clear instructions and was told it wasn't possible as their warehouse is in China. I was offered a 20% value which is rubbish given that a) I don't want the dresses b) I want to return them and c) they won't let me return them. I'm really sorry I fell for this, I did check the website before buying and it said "London" as the location - there's even a pin in the location! So I was reassured. I am also going to report them to trading standards. Terrible.

This is a scam.They state that they offer a return system.
My goods were bad quality and so I wished to return them.The site looks as if they are based in London.If you wish to return goods …after a lot of excises and requests for photos of the items and no clear return instructions…..

You are offered 10% of the purchase cost and you bear the cost of return it to the far east.
This is misrepresentation and is illegal.

A total con. Material and quality was poor and different from the advertisement. Asked for a refund, they replied, they didn’t agree with returns because of environmental impact. They are based in China. Their website states free 30 day returns but they are lying.
A complete con.

Avoid!! Quality very poor and cost of return prohibitive, but I guess they know that.
I have been silly and not read all of the small print but hey ho, live and learn.

Iets gekocht via social media reclame. Bij Modevo Amsterdam. Weken later komt het. Totale mispasvorm en slechte kwaliteit. Wil retour sturen. Niets te vinden. Kom ik uit bij peperandleafs en klantenservice vandenboschmode. Opzoek naar retouradres. Willen ze niet geven, moet ik eerst een foto van de kleding en het pakje mailen. Daarna krijg ik geen reactie en na wat mails krijg ik een lange mail. Dat ik het terug mag sturen. Wel op eigenkosten naar China em dat ditvwel 6 weken kan duren, daar word beoordeeld of het oké is en mijn geld terug krijg (waarschijnlijk komt pakje nooit aan) Optie 2 is dat ik 10% van de aankoop terugkrijg en het mag houden.
