Peplobio Avaliações 

I used the government web site of approved test suppliers and selected LateralBio (peplobio).
They were very professional with the services, supplied the tests next day and kept me updated via emails with full instruction on how to carryout the tests.
Having carried out the test it was relatively easy to input the data and had confirmation very quickly.
An excellent service at a competitive price.

After problems with other similar providers , we have moved to peplobio. We’ve now peplobio a few times now, not had any issues, very fast and efficient service.

Promised result within the hour now 48 hrs and nothing. I've emailed and reply said.... don't worry, technical issue that is being sorted. Still nothing. Emailed again. Waiting for reply.
What did I pay for? Just a reference no. to satisfy UK passenger locator form. They've pocketed my money. From a practical point of view I'm no better off than using NHS LFT.

Ordered 4 tests for when we got back, only to find one test is missing. It's Friday and they will send it out on Saturday so it would arrive on Monday, well after the 2 day test.

Did not send the reference number in the required time. Now we are home the promised email which was supposed to arrive within the hour has not arrived 48 hours later. Money for nothing, they are just sending out the same kits you get for nothing from the NHS and not doing anything else.

Reference took 27hrs not the 24hr stated as flying the next day were getting concerned.
Expecting delivery from Royal Mail but received an email advising delivery from a fulfilment house that did not refer to either, Peplobio nor LateralBio nor Royal Mail.
Submitted test / photo and onscreen message stated would get result (?) "within an hour".
It is now 48 hrs FORTY EIGHT hours since submission. Have tried phoning and sent emails chasing.
Email received yesterday stating would receive certificate by end of day............
Sent further two emails today no response, no certificate...
My wife returning this weekend - using another company.

This is such a poor covid test provider. Does not send reference for plf straight away. Can’t contact them on the weekend. Should have stated this upfront before I had purchased.

Edit:
A few days after having a back and fourth via e-mail, I’d noticed that the e-mail with the reference number was from a different email address which hotmail identified as junk. It was not an unreasonable assumption to make-that since I was receiving emails from their customer service, I should have received all communications. Note to self-always check junk box.

They had provided a refund and therefore I have adjusted the review accordingly.
