These are a bunch of scammers please don’t order from this company as you don’t get what you order
When you complain they offer you a 10% refund robbing bastards

absolutely awful. the supplied product looks nothing like the photo of my dog - vaguely similar colouring but a completely different shape & no similarity at all.

awful customer service - they tried to justify their product as having a 5-10% natural variation from the picture but my variation is about 99% different. eventually they offered me 10% off, then 20% & then 30% when i was asking for a refund. i told them to stick it & keep my money & i’ll share my experience of dealing with them instead.

after a long wait due to "busy period" I have received a generic magnet that looks nothing like my cat nor the picture I sent. I was very upset as this was a keepsake of my cat that died suddenly. I would not recommend.

Ordered a customized dog over 6 weeks ago, nothing arrived, luckily I payed with PayPal, so I opened a case and got an immediate refund, Thankyou PayPal.

After waiting over a month for my item to arrive it is nothing like the dog I ordered.They reckon it usually can be 10-20% different well this is 100% different.I have sent several emails asking for a label to return it to them and have been ignored.So Peppers paradise do the right thing.I wish I knew about these reviews before ordering looks like I’m not the only one!!

I would say 0 stars if this was an option! Appalling customer service. The item I received looked nothing like the photo I sent, they had obviously used a generic breed mold. When I emailed I got what were clearly auto generated responses 3 times offering 10%,then 20% finally 30% off. After I rejected the 30% offer I got an email saying they had sent the correct item and that if I wanted to return it I would have to pay the postage! Please do not get caught out, their advertising is great but what arrives is very cheap looking and not personalised at all. Be warned!!

I would have given these no stars if possible. Why do they ask for a photo when what you get is like a Disney character! You cant return as the costs are high and there is no legal recoarse.

Long delivery time (about 4 weeks) but product arrived in good condition & very well packaged. The fridge magnet (although no magnet attached) of my dog Harry who’s no longer with us will bring me comfort and looks quite similar to the picture I gave. I’m happy with the product.

Unfortunately I 100% agree with the terrible reviews below, whilst grieving the loss of my precious dog, my husband ordered a magnet as a kind gift, I looks nothing like my dog, just some generic breed! It’s tiny and a complete waste of money. Not to mention it took nearly a month to arrive….avoid this company!!!

Ordered a fridge magnet that was supposed to look like my beagle cross. Absolute awful product arrived weeks late, looked nothing like the photo of my dog but instead looked like a labrador & was a lot smaller than I expected. Ultimately an absolute waste of money. My advice is to steer clear of this company

Wish I had read these reviews. They're a fraudulent company and don't know how to get.my money back now. Make out they're a UK company when ordering and turns out they're not. Google also has a lot to answer for, letting them be top of their Google search results when looking for a memorial for a recently deceased pet is shocking. That they would take advantage of someone's grieve in this way is disgraceful. Reporting them to interpol.

Ordered over a month ago and just keep receiving emails saying that there is a delay. Still have not received my item. Ridiculous scamming thieves

Scam! Avoid at all costs.
The magnets received look nothing like the pictures of the cats I sent.
I read the reviews a few hours after making my purchase so I decided to cancel my order, dispute them saying you can cancel anytime with 14 days my refund/cancellation was refused because the hand made products were already in production. It took 4/5 weeks for them to be made and delivered.

Sent a picture of my staffy and got a random lurcher figure ?
Then got offered a 20 percent discount and get to keep the random lurcher .
Refused and then no response at all .
AVOID at all expensive cost .
Ripped off

I received what was supposed to be an order for a fridge magnet after sending a picture of my Tri coloured Cavalier King Charles spaniel, I received a brown and white Corgi, the company has stated there is a 5-10% chance of inaccuracy, it is not the same colour dog or the same breed, I am getting very little response from the company

Item does not even remotely resemble my cat. Took well over a month to arrive. Absolute scam.

I have a toy poodle and I have been sent a standard bichon frise, looks nothing like my dog.
Different colour, wrong shap nose, smaller ears, too much hair.
Complete waste of money.
This has been made in China using a standard mould.
Delivery was over a month.
Do not order from them.

Wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered a magnet. Nothing new to say. Took 5 weeks to arrive and the magnet was a completely different breed. I have a staffie. The magnet they sent looks like a collie. At first I thought it was a postal mix up but I fear this is their version of my dog. Absolute waste of money. Total rip off
