Your delivery of ordered items is far too slow. I ordered on 28.09.2025, and the product has still not arrived a week later. Very disappointed.

I ordered a Flexi Equine bucket for my horse - delivery was quick; they had sent me the incorrect product however their customer service team was brilliant, really efficient at getting back to me and sorting the issue and the correct item arrived super quick, brilliant team.
