Item ordered Tuesday evening (after hours) arrived Thursday afternoon. Can’t complain at a service like that! Was kept updated when item was dispatched and when out for delivery every question answered. Great service from a great company. Thanks again 👍

Easy ordering and picking up. The staff are friendly and provide a good service

after i had placed my order which was shown as in stock i received an email say around 5 days later saying they where still waiting for item to arrive but i should receive it a week later ,didnt hear any thing so i sent an email got no response sent a second email still nothing tried ringing shop all i got on all four calls was some berk going on about the cafe then disconnected sent another email did get a reply and was kept up to date on my delivery ,shocking that no one can pick up a phone will i place another order definitly not

Delivery was good and parcel arrived on schedule but very disappointed with the pump due to constant blocking of the intake vents even though the water feature was newly installed and minimal amount of debris.

Visited today, sadly the staff were incredibly unhelpful and rude. Kept us waiting without apology, dismissive at the tills, and told us incorrect information about a product. Shame.

Very pleased with the speed of service. My pond filter arrived in a couple of days from order. The price was the best of all aquatic suppliers.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service – More Than Just an Aquatics Store

Ever since I caught the koi-keeping bug and built my own pond, I've used Perfect Aquatics for around 95% of my fish purchases, as well as all of my treatments, maintenance equipment, food, and pond supplies.

Since then, I've also set up five growing tanks, and every filter, pump, UV unit, pipe fitting, and essential piece of equipment has come from Perfect Aquatics. They've always had what I needed, and the quality has been excellent.

The staff are what really set this place apart. Harry, Ollie, Liv, and the rest of the team are absolutely fantastic. They don't treat you like just another customer—they make you feel like a friend. It's the kind of place where you can pop in, spend hours chatting over a coffee, and always feel genuinely welcome.

A special mention has to go to Ant, the "Koi Jedi Master"! His advice has been second to none throughout my koi-keeping journey. He's always happy to share his knowledge, has helped me every step of the way, and has even introduced me to many great people within the koi community.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Perfect Aquatics to anyone. Whether you're into koi, tropical fish, or anything aquatic, this is the place to go. The knowledge, customer service, and friendly atmosphere are second to none.

Drove 145miles from Bristol to visit the shop, and was well worth the trip, Kraffty and his team were amazing, if they didn't have it in stock(which they had most of what i wanted) it was no trouble in them ordering it if for delivery, the Koi looked amazing and my son bought some amazing Coral form the marine section, also had lovely breakfast in the Koi restaurant, even managed to get nine holes in on the crazy golf facility, it was well worth the 145 mile trip up, THANKS

Not a local customer but will say Was overall a great service, I must add it annoys me that shops show and sell items that are not in stock and need to be ordered in. But after I called up and cancelled the out of stock item the delivery was shipped asap and the staff were very helpful. Highly recommend.
I get the whole not wanting to stock every item, but sometimes I just need what it is I’m ordering quickly and not have to wait a week or more for the next delivery to arrive.

I bought 2 fancy goldfish from here to join my 10 yr old 3 big fancies.
Quarantined, no stress, no aggression, water parameters nil.
Looked fine, 48 hrs later 2 of mine have died to an aggressive form of columnaris from these new fish!
No accountability from this place, shifting the blame on me & my fish!!!!

Started legal action due to my fish being financially worth £800.
DO NOT BUY FISH Or PLANTS FROM HERE! Im devastated & Ive got one big girl left fighting for her life! She can live until 40 yrs approximately. No care or sympathy offered, asking repeatedly via review response for information Ive already given. Theyve had pictures, parameters, details of both my tank & quarantine inc parameters. Ask for their parameters tho & radio silence.

I have shop with perfect Aquatics before and the service excellent. I have please online order for a Osae swimskim 50 it was posted out to me but unfortunately the delivery company mess up the delivery I have complain to the delivery company and perfect Aquatics and the staff at perfect Aquatics god encounter of the delivery company and manage to make hardware with my order. So a very big thank you to everyone at perfect Aquatics your customer service is next to none , I would go as far and say I highly recommend anyone to shop online or shop in person at perfect Aquatics. Best customer service ever.

Very well packaged jellyfish aquarium

Easy to navigate website, easy to place an order with superfast checkout, kept up-to-date regarding order being received, processed and dispatched. Delivery was very quick. All items were received in perfect condition. Would definitely purchase from Perfect aquatics again.

Fantastic service start to finish 1st time using them but I will 100% be back to order more thanks paul 👍
