We are really pleased with the charm and the whole purchase process was really easy and delivery was quick and the only reason I've given 4 stars is because the jeweler we took the charm to so they could put it on the bracelet said he doesn't think it real gold because there isn't a hallmark so I'm wondering now, is he right?

I ordered a charm twice by mistake, but Georgina text me of my mistake and reimbursed one of the payments the same day, because of the postal strikes over the Xmas period the parcel arrived a little later than expected it was beautifully wrapped in tissue paper and a handwritten note from Georgina.
Overall I would 100% recommend perfectcharm 😊
