Fantastic customer service. As explained on the website, before ordering the (made-to-order) gold charm it’s advised to buy the silver version first to ensure you are happy with the size etc. Then if happy, return the silver one for a refund and place an order for the gold one. Having exchanged emails with Georgina she knew of my intention to follow the advice and enclosed a stamp and address label to facilitate this.
As for the charm it was just what I wanted and I will be ordering in gold

I ordered a large tudor rose. It was absolutely beautiful and very reasonably priced. So I ordered 3 small charms in memory of my best friend of 50 years. I messaged Georgina and asked if she could put the 3 on a jump ring to make a single pendant. She replied straight away and did so for no extra charge. Very happy.
