What kind of a pathetic products are these?
1. Ordered a kettle according to their image its blue( I said wow, "this colour will blend well with some of my home office kitcken items", and then volla a silver stainless steal kettle and I was like what the hell is this mara hey, batho be mara.
2. I ordered 3 whistle key holders in 3 different colours, Then I only get 2 colours and they are all mulfunctioning, you play music then it went on, you cough it went on, any sound trigger it, yoh nna mmawe mehlolo. I guess I will have to give it to the kids to play with. eyoo,
3. I ordered 4different colours, lipstick pepper sprays and they all deliver red, I am not even sure if its even safe to give this to my little sisters cause what if it fails to trigger when it come to be in danger and we have to use it. eyoo. ompone o mpolaye. such a rubbish item, imagine 8 out of 11 items I ordered are rubbish imperfectdeals.

Terrible and pathetic service. Purchased a specific garden hedge shear but they sent a wrong item. I reported the mishaps but for a full month, no response. I have even given up. Be very cautious when considering uying from them.

This is the worst online experience I have ever had. I paid for my purchase and sent the proof of payment through to the email address listed, immediately after paying. For 4 days thereafter I was inundated with emails from Perfect Dealz, sometimes 5 times a day, telling me I did not pay for my goods and must complete my order. I sent 5 WhatsApp messages to their business WhatsApp and did not receive a single response. I sent email upon email to them, informing them that I had paid and had emailed my POP to them. I received one email telling me that its automated emails getting sent to me until they match my payment with my order! Why they did not match my payment to my order speedily is a mystery! Finally I could not take the harassment anymore and my husband called Perfect Dealz to find out what is going on. He was informed that my payment was finally matched with my proof of payment. No apologies, no explanation of the inefficiency, or the disgusting customer service or the blatant ignoring of all my emails and messages. My order arrived and instead of 1 double bed base, they sent 2 three quarter bed bases! Hellopeter is full of complaints about incorrect items delivered and monies not being refunded to consumers! Don't buy from Perfect Dealz unless you want the most uncomfortable online experience ever! Perfect Dealz exploits South African consumers and I reported them to the Consumer Ombud.

Ordered a swing chair online, waited for 3 weeks without any form of communication from company, the product arrived in the wrong color and different to the one I ordered, bad and cheap material. I have been emailing them with trying to arrange the correct order and it has been 5 weeks without any communication. I have been sitting with the incorrect order and no person gets back to me. This is very bad after service and I would suggest not using this company. Service and after service is horrific.

Have been waiting for over 3 weeks for refund on goods not supplied. Despite several emails, countless WhatsApp message there is no response from them. Calls are politely answered with promises that it will be resolved and that they will revert back. Advice - I do not recommend dealing with Perfect Dealz. Poor service and poor communications do not do this company any good. Stay away.

Please don’t order from this company they do not return any of your emails, calls whatsapp’s You don’t receive your order!!! Gone with the cash! They lied about dispatching order, they do NOTHING! Terrible!!! I have paid with nothing to show and have contacted numerous times without luck!

Unbelievable bad service. 3 weeks since I ordered and paid and almost impossible to get hold of to enquire about my delivery. After several phone calls they suddenly said they could not process my order and would refund the money- and that process would take 14 days. UPDZ79966nacceptable. Will NEVER use them again.

I am still waiting for processing and delivery times a week after making a purchase. Customer services is unavailable, phones are unanswered and whatsapp is a none responsive AI agent. Take your money elsewhere otherwise ziyakhala ngemphela!

I have NEVER experienced such bad service !!!!! And doesn’t seem like they give a damn at all. I have WhatsApp over 10times, sent emails, tried to call them to get a simple incorrect order replaced. They are rude and useless - DONT ever buy from these clowns!!

I am still awaiting a refund for a product I purchased on 15 May 2026 that was not in stock. To date, no refund has been received.
They are not reachable and do not respond to emails, WhatsApp messages, or calls.

I ordered a 5MP 16-Channel ADH Full Color CCTV Camera Kit (Order No. PDZ6552) and waited one and a half weeks for it to be dispatched. When the order finally arrived, it was the wrong system.

I then had to wait another week for the incorrect item to be collected, and I still have not received a replacement or been provided with a delivery date for the correct system.

Based on my experience, it appears that Perfect Dealz may be advertising products that are not readily available in stock and only sourcing them once an order has been placed and paid for. This results in long delays and uncertainty regarding whether the correct equipment will be delivered.

I would advise potential customers to exercise caution when ordering from Perfect Dealz and to confirm stock availability before making a purchase.

I finally got my refund of my item which got damaged on the way and did not even bother to let me know, up until i called them from 2nd of April been waiting. i have been sending numerous email and making phone calls every second day from April. Perfect dealz is a SCAM! Please dont ever buy from them, they are so unprofessional.

I waited almost 1 month for my order, when it did arrive in March 2026 two items were not delivered with a delivery note indicating refund. It is now 22 May 2026, and I am still awaiting the refund.
I called their offices with no response or call back on messages. WhatsApp is useless, no response to anything.
I want my refund!
The study bedside table was made poorly and broke within 1 month.

Shocking lack of communication!!! Not reachable by phone. Seldom reply to e-mails/ Messenger. Informed me on 31 March 2026 that my parcel was on its way. Today is 22 May. STILL NOTHING!!! Seems like a ****. No parcel. No refund. Beware!!!

I placed an order on 17 May 2026 (order number #PDZ6146) and up until today never received an update. I called multiple times, send WhatsApps, called on WhatsApp and even sent an Urgent email which states an agent will get back within a few hours its been 2 days no reply. The status of my order also remains the same since I placed an order and today its Day 5 no update.

LOOK HOW MANY NEGATIVE FEEDBACK THIS COMPANY GET, YET THEY STILL ADVERTISE AND STEAL FROM PEOPLE. WHO CAN REMOVE THAT WEBSITE AND GET THE COPS INVOLED TO PUT THOSE EVIL PEOPLE IN PRISON?
WE DEMAND THAT WEBSITE MUST BE BLOCKED AND CASES AGAINST THEM GET THEM THROWN IN PRISON WHERE THEY BELONG.

Very disappointed as it was my first purchase bought a heating system for my shower and been. Looking forward to use it to my new shower cubicle and it been a week now and when I check it on the system it still showing that it sitting on their despatche it hasn't been dispatched yet what more disappointing is that no one responds to email and WhatsApp chanell called them they telling me it been offloaded from the truck really fed up with them never buying anything from them again

Perfect dealz is a scam, I bought a lounge suite the next thing I get an email saying that the product is out of stock, I should send my banking details for a refund, o did but no response to date , their WhatsApp is greyticked, emails not responded, calls are not answered. STAY AWAY FROM PERFECT DEALZ

This company took an order and payment for my order #PDZ4281 a week ago and I haven't heard from Nolan / Jason since. I am trying to reach out to the company's sole director - Mabel Ketlareng Ramagaga - if anyone has his contact details, please do share. They do not answer the phone when I call, or reply to my Whatsapp's, emails, or messages through their website.
