The great learning platform, live lessons, scholarship
I have been learning English with Perfectly Spoken for almost 7 months. I am satisfied with it. A wide range of courses ranging from A1 to C2 level. I can learn any topic I am interested in whenever I want, whether it's grammar, vocabulary, reading, or writing, or anything else like pronunciation and so on. The videos duration are 20 - 30 minutes on average. Plus, Conversation Café and live lessons with native speaker teacher. There is a test after the video where I can check my knowledge. Also, I practice my English on live lessons in Zoom with speaking or writing the answer.
A big thank you to the great teachers Stephanie, Andy, Stuart, Natalie, Anna, Oliver, Sara for their corrections on our live lessons.
From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank you for the Scholarship program and the opportunity to learn English for free for 1 year.
Thank you for supporting Ukrainians and other people in need.
You can apply for the Scholarship, that is specially designed for adults, who are refugees, from war-torn or conflict-affected regions, or from low to middle-income countries where access to quality English education is limited. Check Perfectly Spoken website for it, especially in October 2024.

BEWARE OF AUTOMATIC RENEWALS!!!!
Perfectly Spoken had an offer that I purchased as a gift for two friends using my credit card, well my credit card was used to renew their services. I called and wrote to them immediately and they told me that it automatically renews. I had my friends close their accounts immediately and they did. I was refunded only $39.00 each because supposedly it was written in little letter on their website. I suggest that the renewal button should not be automatically checked without the consent of the user. I told them I never AUTHORIZE the use of my credit card, but they did not care. They led me on that they were going to meet in February 2024 and well nothing happened. I reported it my credit card company to find out that Perfectly Spoken disputed my claims. I will never used them again and all I can say is 'BUYER BEWARE". BEWARE OF AUTOMATIC RENEWALS

While we are extremely grateful for the messages of appreciation and support that we receive from the vast majority of our students, we are really saddened by the cases when a customer faces a subscription renewal issue we have not been able to resolve amicably.
In line with industry standards, we offer an automated subscription renewal service that can be cancelled at any time (please refer to the help section on our website https://perfectlyspoken.com/help/#subscriptions or within app.perfectlyspoken.com). For yearly subscription we send notifications 7 & 28 days prior to the renewal.
For unwanted renewals, we always look at each individual case and will actively engage with any customer for as long as possible in order to try and reach a satisfactory and acceptable outcome for both sides. As it is standard with any online payment, the customer can always decide to open a payment dispute with their bank; theirs is the bank that authorised the payment in the first place.
Once a dispute is opened, we submit the requested documentation to the bank, and it is the customer’s bank alone that makes the final decision as to whether a refund, partial or full should be made. This is a final and binding decision against which we cannot appeal.
We will continue to look and treat each and every one of our students with the utmost respect and to offer the best Customer Service possible.
1,5 years on Perfectly Spoken
I have been studying on Perfectly Spoken for over 1.5 years as additionally to my personal tutor, but these courses even replace everything I studied before. On the platform, I found a vast amount of information, many courses ranging from beginner to advanced levels, additional courses on Business English, and much more. I haven't even had time to go through it all in a year and a half. I also enjoy attending live classes with teachers and a group of students from all over the world. I try to attend as many lessons as I can, and they are conducted in a fun, lively manner with jokes. My favorite teacher is Stephanie, she is very cheerful, and the atmosphere is super interesting. But I'm also very thankful to other teachers of course. I'm satisfied with my time in this online school. It's very convenient and definitely worth the money.

I have worked with the Perfectly Spoken team for over four years. I absolutely love working with PS, they are so dedicated to quality and integrity. I have worked with many companies over the years, and I can honestly say that this is one of my favourite since they (we) really value all the stakeholders, the students, the teachers, the IT team. I also really love meeting all the students and having the chance to hear about their lives and learning experiences, it feels like such a privilege! The students really do seem to find this an enjoyable and motivating way to learn English. I think it provides students with real chances to use, improve and explore their English in a variety of ways.

Highly Beneficial and Well-Explained English Course
I found the course extremely beneficial and learned so much from their well-structured English courses. The teachers are very knowledgeable and this is the only English online course I've found that's easy to understand and provides excellent explanations for grammar. Thumbs up!👍👍

I have been learning English with perfectly spoken for more than 3 years and still enjoying my journey.
The lessons are practical and helpful on my daily communication ,for me it's the best 👌.
I am on a student plan ,I would suggest after 5 or 10 lessons to be given a subjet that will be submitted via email especially for B2 and higher levels.

Hello, for me it has been a true privilege to have found this great tool for learning English, the teachers are very good and they make an effort to make the concepts understood and maintain the level of motivation in the students. I love the app

Dispite I clean the cookies, and write the number manually, it doesn't work.
I think if we have the option to pay with PayPal it wasn't happen.
