Most expensive passport photo ever
After paying about $14.00, I went to Walgreens and ended up paying $18.00 for the passport photo because they could not get the “fixed” photo from my phone. In the app, I could not pay the additional fee to print because I needed it same day. I’m disgusted and plan to ask for a refund.

Hello! It sounds like you had a frustrating time, but your anger is definitely misdirected here. We provide multiple options for you to get your photos, but we cannot control the functionality of Walgreens' equipment or the technical know-how of their staff, because we aren't Walgreens. When you order prints with Walgreens, they have an "Upload photos" button on their website that you can use. Walgreens also charges $0.39 for prints on our provided 4x6 file. Otherwise, if it's an issue with your phone, I'd recommend getting in contact with your phone manufacturer for support. However, nothing in this review appears to be against Perfect Passport, as our services were rendered perfectly, and the ability for you to transfer downloaded photos on your phone is beyond our control. Perfect Passport advertises that photos are tailored to meet every country’s specific guidelines, but the photo was unfortunately declined by the consulate because the shoulders were too cropped.
Because passport and visa applications are highly time-sensitive, clear and prompt communication is essential. The website notes a response time within one business day, but I have experienced a longer delay. I am not seeking a refund; my primary goal is simply to have the photo corrected if possible so I can proceed with my application. I hope the team can address these communication gaps and refine their guideline checks, as faster updates would greatly help customers.

The site was easy to use in every way. The experience was positive. Unfortunately, the prints sent were not exactly 2x2, and the passport office did not allow me to use them. I ended up having to take a photo at the passport office and pay for the photo there as well.

Hello! We are showing that prints weren't placed with your order. Our prints are calibrated to be at the highest precision in the industry. I just checked the print sheets created on the order and everything is aligned perfectly. If you're printing and cutting your own photos, you'll need to cut between the black arrows instead of around the borders, which will result in the photos being a bit larger. Any other discrepancy would be an issue with the printing company that was used for the order. However, for the issues faced, we have gone ahead with a full refund for this order. Sorry for the issues, and thanks for trying out our service! :)

We did need to make substantial edits to this uploaded photo to ensure it was compliant (filling in missing details and shoulders), which could have tripped the system. We sent over a revision request if you'd like to try again for no additional charge. We've also processed a full refund for this order.
