Amazing quality

Try returning a perfume and getting a refund!!! I've been waiting for 2 months. Items were only collected a month after my request. I've been emailing and calling nearly everyday to no avail. During the 2 months i received a call once from Ricky who appears to be the company's administrator, support and marketer. I will never use them again. My advice to existing and prospective customers...go elsewhere. Most appalling service Ricky.

Brilliant. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews here, maybe the company has made some changes upped their game.

Ordered on Friday and had my package delivered to my door by Monday morning. Well wrapped and great smell. Will certainly order again.

I HAVE SENT MANY EMAILS TO SUPPORT AND THE WHATSAPP LINE REQUESTING A CHANGE TO THE ORDER ON THE 25TH AND TO CONFIRM THE CHANGE WITH NO RESPONSE.

NATURALLY, MY ORDER IS NOT AMENDED.

SUPPORT RECEIVED 3 EMAILS AT THE VERY LEAST.

MESSAGES WERE ALSO SENT TO THE WHATSAPP LINE.

I DO EXPECT THIS MATTER TO BE RECTIFIED AT NO COST BECAUSE SUPPORT NEVER RESPONDS!!!!!!!

Scam, ordered with no support or response from them on WhatsApp. They take your money and disappear

I've bought and paid for items on Perfumology and I didn't get anything from them. I didn't get a mail confirming my order, i didn't get a mail with any kind of reference number, I didn't get any response whatsoever from Whatsapp, which goes straight to voice. no reply from their Email and their phone goes straight to message.
They are scamming people out of their money, taking our money and then disappearing into the wind. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AT ALL, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY AND NOT GET ANY SUPPORT OR RESPONSE. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DISSAPEAR.

Do not buy any perfume from this perfumology.co.za . They are a fraud . They sell you water in a bottle and call that crap perfume. You order today they deliver the crap tomorrow . That’s the first red flag. They will NEVER respond to you on whatsapp. They don’t have a known business address . Do not even try . They are a SCAM . I fell for there scam and I don’t want you to fall for it . They sell some liquid in a small 50m bottle and call that perfume . It’s a scam . DO NOT BUY FROM THEM .
