I have been eating both the black and white products for over a year and I have to say it is excellent. Im already 52 but never felt healthier in my life, still doing my regular 8km and 4km runs every week.

Great product, it recommended to me by my longevity Dr in Dubai. I have since recommended it to friends and family and have even purchased for them cause I am such a believer in it. Top quality ingredients. I have been using this product for the last couple of years. I have also put my elderly mother on it. Have seen improvements in memory, focus and just overall sharpness and energy levels. If you are looking for a product in the is product line, you won’t be disappointed. Also let me say this, there customer service is second to none, Michael is a great owner/operator, he responds to you personally and does everything he can to make sure you have a great experience and product. I had just placed an order for 24 bottles for friend and family, 2 bottles were not packaged, I emailed him and within 24 hours he packed them and sent them via UPS. Great company and great clean effective product. Defintely give it a try if you are thinking about it.

I purchased some urolithin A supplements from perpetual life. There was a slight delay in shipping which Michael took care of right away and was very helpful and professional. So far, it seems to be a very good product with good customer service. Thank you Michael!

My husband and I have been using AEON for a few years now and we love it. We both feel that it gives us the little extra boost when it comes to our overall well being and healthy aging.

The only thing I would mention is that, as the orders are shipped form the US to the UAE, they don't always arrive exactly on time and I sometimes need to track the shipment to make sure it reaches us.

That said, whenever I have and issue with a shipment or any questions about the product, Michael has always been very prompt and helpful in responding and sorting things out.

Exceptionally pure and potent Urolithin A. I've tried Mitopure before, and this was more potent--the energy was immediate and more intense. More than that, amazing customer service. I reached out to them with an issue, and Michael, CEO, responded promptly and treated me with 'customer always right' approach. Highly recommend.

Order, tracking and delivery were normal.

Had a question about a discount that randomly appeared when attempting to place an order from an Instagram link but did not show up in cart. Ultimately placed an order directly from website with less of a discount. After sending a screen shot of the random discount and issue to the support email, I received a prompt follow up and credit.

It’s been 12 days since I placed my order and it’s still sitting as “confirmed”. No movement since. There is no way to contact via the website, as the messaging function on the “contact us” section isn’t working. Very glad I decided to try a once off order rather than subscribing.

I have been on a subscription with perpetua life for AEON supplement and have used it for over 3 years now.

This is literally a miracle in a bottle, I cannot express just how much of a change it has made to my bloodwork. Literally EVERYTHING IS PERFECTLY IN RANGE especially considering I have been eating absolute shit like hungry jacks burgers etc.

Sometimes their order is a little lagging but when I email support I always get a prompt reply and follow up with everything regarding my order.

I swear by this company and its product and will use it till the day I die.

I started taking Aeon Black over six months ago. I was excited about it because the product offers a well rounded assortment of longevity ingredients in pretty optimal dosages. After two months, I changed my subscription from Aeon Black only to the Aeon Black and Aeon White bundle. I received that once. I then moved and therefore updated my address with my bank and with the post office. I attempted to update my address on the Perpetualife website, however after saving my new address several times, it kept reverting back to my old address. I emailed customer service, and got a response from Michael Morgan, founder and CEO. He apologized and said he would update my address himself on the website. My next shipment went to my old address again. I emailed again, reminding him that we talked about my change of address. He said he would send my subscription to my present address. I received Aeon Black, but no White which I let slide. But when my next subscription order again went to my old address, I emailed Michael and laid out my old address and my new address. Again. I must’ve typed my new address about six times in that email to make it as clear as possible. I was more than respectful, but at that point I was frustrated. He took a while to answer me, and when he finally did his response was unprofessional, and he literally blamed ME for their mistakes. I responded that if the address mistake could not be corrected, then I will just cancel. After a couple back and forth emails (still blaming me for his mistake) he said he’d ship me a replacement. I’ve literally never received it. I was blow away by how ridiculous those emails were. I told him that I appreciated that Perpetualife is a smaller company and I liked supporting that. But he clearly did not care to keep me as a customer. The whole experience was horrible and I’d never trust them for anything.

I asked politely for my orders to be sent to my address over and over. And when I finally got a reply, it was rude and they said that messed up. After the third time it happened, I knew that this was just going to continue happening. I’d love to post every single exchange we had, but o don’t know how to do that. It’s a company I’d never do business with again. And I’m still out those bottles he said he’d replace.

Dont buy. They take your money even though you try multiple times to cancel
Also wasnt happy with quality and told them and they refuse to refund or even offer return.
Wouldn't buy.

I’ve contacted the company through its sites but never got an answer.

Worst customer experience ever. Three years ago, I had to cancel a $504.60 order due to a change in medical therapy. Customer support instructed me to reject the package upon delivery to trigger a refund. I followed their protocol, but the refund was never issued. They have since ignored all my emails. After numerous follow-ups, they ghosted me. Avoid this company; their deceptive customer service practices.

The support team member (Michael Morgen) mentioned that: "I don’t believe we’ve received the package as a return but I’ll go ahead and process the refund for you. You’ve certainly waited log enough."

The only way I could write a review is by choosing a star but I would rate it zero. I ordered a AEON black and white with subscription for the next month's on 10th May, I haven't received anything until now nor any update. I have contacted their customer service, subscription manager customer service several times but I haven't received any reply. There's no tracking information or updated information that was sent to me. The order shows unfulfilled on their website but no one is responding to me. The only email I received was for order confirmation and that the items are being prepared for shipping. Nothing has been shipped yet but the payment was already processed. I would not recommend this company because they are a scam. Considerate and customer focused companies would reach out if there were any issues. It's a disappointment

Had a reaction after taking their product. Tried to contact company several times. They did cancel my subscription but did not respond when a refund was requested, as per their return policy. Unfortunately I really wanted to see results but I feel their lack of communication, refusal to honor their policies, and numerous locations with sketchy shipping make this a company you should not trust.
Update- I received a refund from the company after posting the above review. I was also offered free samples of other products, which I declined. I appreciate that the company followed thru on their policy.

We have been buying products from Perpetua for three years now. The Aeon has gotten rid of neuropathy in feet, and consistently provides energy and some appetite control. I feel like we dialed back years in our health and aging and have held steady with those improvements. We buy their other products on a routine basis as well, stocking up 6-12 months at a time because we travel a lot. The company is incredible to deal with - always responsive and accommodating to our needs. This company is our #1 choice for longevity and energy supporting products ( their other products are really cool too) UPDATE: I started using a GLP1 5 weeks ago…. as the fatigue side effect set in I always noticed that if I forget or delayed taking my Aeon first thing, that the fatigue took over the day. I have become much more disciplined about taking my AEON along with a good multivitamin first thing in the morning and I am able to prevent fatigue from impacting my day.

I have been taking this product for about three months now and am very impressed with the results. It has most of the ingredients I am after, but in two pills. (I do take other supplements) I have way more energy and a feeling of overall balance and well-being. I ordered the white and black, and also noticed how well I am sleeping, which is a godsend. I have not had any of the visible age-reversing benefits mentioned in other reviews or the terrible side effects. I would say it did take about a month for the feel-good vibes to kick in. It's expensive with the exchange rate to Australia, but I do rate it; if you have the luxury of being able to afford it's well worth it.
