Had a minor quality issue with one of the elements in a kit that I ordered. Allison was prompt in responding, the artist was wonderful in providing a replacement, and everything was smooth and well-handled. The kit is just lovely. A wonderful experience! So great to work with artists and this lovely platform. I will be a return customer.

Everything i ordered is gorgeous. I had a question about the pattern and got an answer quickly. I will definitely order from there again.

The CUTEST little kit. This is my first from Persephone's Hearth, but it DEFINITELY won't be my last. In these Uncertain Times (UGH) it is truly so delightful to have something to do with my hands in the evenings other than doomscrolling. PLUS they make perfect little gifts, so if I can amass enough of them by the winter holidays, it's *basically* free. (girl math)

The seller was great to work with and I got my order quickly.

I never received the order. When I reached out to the business, they said they couldn't help, and USPS had marked it as delivered even though it never arrived, and that I would have to follow up on it and file a police report. I'm too busy, I work full time and I'm also in grad school full time, so I don't have time to do all this. I wouldn't recommend buying from them if they are still using USPS and have no insurance on their product or way of ensuring their product reaches the buyer and a process of refunding or following up on it if it doesn't. Not a really good business plan.

I got to the checkout and the shipping was $58. I live in Virginia. I thought it was fishy so I didn’t complete the purchase.

The vendor responded and I tried again. The shipping was what I expected this time. I received the products and they are lovely. I amended my rating.

An A-1 experience! I was worried that my order might not arrive because of an address issue on my part, but it turns out the USPS just wanted to give my order a tour of South Carolina before it arrived in Georgia again - lol. I reached out to customer support and the owner of Persephone's Hearth reached out within two hours of me having sent the email. Super responsive, super personable, honestly, all the good things you would want in interacting with fellow human beings. Here's to hoping my craftiness makes the embroidery otter doll I ordered come out looking okay!

I recently ordered some prints and was very pleased with the quality of the products, the speed in which I received them, as well as the thoughtful packaging. They also have a very unique selection of products. I like the fact that they support the artist community rather than selling factory made items. I would definitely order from this website again.

I appreciated everything being provided however I would have preferred if the image was actually printed onto the fabric vs. peel and stick because it didn't adhere to the fabric and made it finiky when stitching. Also it made it more difficult to see the design.

The products were perfect and Allison was so super helpful in getting me parts of my order early! I would highly recommend Allison and her company!

Allison is great to work with! She held my first order so I could order more kits and then ship them all together. She was proactive with communication and all around a kind human. I’m stoked to stitch the kits! I know they will be so much fun and so cute. I love coming back to see what the kit of the month will be.
