Not impressed at all
Been waiting nearly 2 weeks for my order no updates from them at all, email them to be informed that apparently my item has been updated to ‘refunded’ they didn’t even offer to replace the item

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ON THE INTERNET
Ordered never arrived after paying for 48hr delivery. Waited a week now. Phone just goes straight to voice mail every time. Can't complain as nobody there to answer calls. Emails just blocked! LOOK AT the other poor reviews.
When I tried the next day to call them THEY BLOCKED ME FROM EMAILS AND CALLS.
Never again!
AVOID THIS SHAM OF A COMPANY AT ALL COST.

Sending different items instead of the ones you ordering!
Worst company ever!!!!
I’ve ordered one item got different instead!
When I contacted them had respond that I need to send this item back at my own cost (extra money they won’t redound!) to have my refund!!!
So if you want an item you didn’t want ina first place go on!
Never again!!!!!

Great Customer Service
I ordered a personalised dog treat jar. Unfortunately, it arrived broken. I contacted the company immediately by email and received an immediate response. Three days later and my replacement jar was delivered in perfect condition. The item is beautiful and I would have no hesitation based on my experience in recommending Personalised Moments to my friends and family

FUMING !!! The delivery isn't made clear until your order is processed which is annoying as I paid for next day delivery. 5 days in I emailed saying I hadn't got my purchase but was told they had to refund me as no one was in to receive it so it was sent back...this is a TOTAL LIE, my office is by my front door and I see my royal mail postman every day. I think they said this to cover up a miss hap as royal mail ALWAYS leave a leaflet if you've missed a parcel. I know the company will now try make a excuse but I'm not interested.

Worst experience!!!
I ordered a personalised backpack from this company. However I received a complete different backpack. The colour was incorrect. And the layout of the name printing was disappointing.
Also, I was over charged for the backpack I received. As the one I ordered was more expensive.
I will be honest. The company did refund me for the price difference and also gave me the postage cost back.
However, I was blocked from emailing the company via WiFi. Which therefore means that I’m unable to search the company on google via WiFi. And then I was blocked from emailing the company via phone internet.
I found this extremely upsetting, rude and unfair as I did not disrespect or abuse the company in any shape or form.
I would advise others to be careful when ordering from this company. As I will NOT be ordering from them again!
