Horrible return policy
Horrible return policy. They do NOT stand behind the products they sell. Look @ QTP for a better quality and MUCH better customer service.
Bought a set of exhaust cutouts for my car. Installed them 3 weeks ago. One of the motors stopped working. They WILL NOT sell a replacement motor, even though the part is not discontinued. They are making you buy the entire kit just for one part that failed. The part last 3 weeks in the car before it failed. Now they won't replace it unless I buy the entire kit. Terrible customer service by Alex and terrible return/replacement policy. Look at other manufacturers that will stand behind their product and service what they sell. This one does not.
I have 2 options now: Buy the whole kit again just to get one small part, or rip the entire unit out of the car and chalk it up to lesson learned about bad companies.
When your brake pads get worn, they don't make you buy the whole front suspension. Why does this company, when an electronic part burns out, make you buy the whole kit again rather that offering replacement parts for sale?
Look at another manufacturer, these people are terrible.
