Used to set traps for mice in property. I wouldn't personally recommend this service as mice returned a few weeks later. Overpromised and underdelivered in my case, despite assurance that even a little bit of poison could kill off a whole family. Your best bet is to seal any gaps and get a plumber to fill gaps around your pipes. That's the only real solution to keeping rodents out.

This company is a complete scam. I paid
them a large amount of money for pest
control, and they promised to come back after
two weeks for a follow-up visit. They never
showed up. Since then, I've called and
messaged them repeatedly, but they
completely ignore me. They take your money
and disappear. Absolutely unprofessional,
dishonest, and unreliable. Do not waste your

We’re in Horsham and the man who came to see us about our problem with mice was prompt, knowledgeable and respectful.

Poor service seems to be a running theme with this company.
I was looking to have a wasp nest removed and put out a request on Bark. Pest and Co rang soon after, said they could get a guy to my house that afternoon.
I was very pleased as we have young girls next door and I was worried about them getting stung all summer.
The guy turned up, asking for £22 more than quoted, but that's VAT, so I let it go.
He had no protective clothing, or ladder, even though I'd said the nest was on the roof. He borrowed my ladder and spent awhile getting his spray to work.
When the wasps went for him he came down and told me he couldn't guarantee he'd killed them, but would like paying in full and would come out for half price if they didn't go. I wasn't happy as he should have made this clear when he first arrived.
He refused to leave until he got his money, in full, by bank transfer. He did agree to come back for free if the wasps survived.
They did and are in rude health as they continue to build their nest, even after a second visit.
Not sure what he was spraying them with, but I'd strongly advise against this company.
They showed no concern about their poor service, just told me I should hire a roofer and a cherry picker so they could get under the roof and do a proper job.
I am in Manchester. They are in Kent. Didn't realise this until things started to go wrong.
They said they subcontract after I complained. Must have rung a phone box and waited for someone pick up.
Avoid.

Hired this company to help with a rat issue in the garden.
The technician was 35 minutes late to the first appointment, came, didn’t really look around but laid 4 boxes and arranged to come back at an agreed time 2 weeks later at 9am. He then proceeded to stand over me and watch me access my bank to ensure payment. I was annoyed but let it ride because I wanted the rats gone.
Today was the second appointment and at 10am (1 hour after they were supposed to be here) I called to see where they were. The main telephone number told me it was because of staff on holiday, but the technician told me he was too far away and basically couldn’t be bothered to attend today. I insisted they attend as I have dogs and small children around the boxes and was told 12-2, lo and behold he was late. When the technician arrived he only removed the boxes and didn’t check for any sign of the rats or attempt to remove them as witnessed on my cameras. He was at my house for a total of 3 minutes and part of that included moving his car which he parked on a completely different houses driveway. I missed an entire day of work because they can’t organise their calendar without so much as an apology. I will now have to get someone in to remove any rats left behind and will be sharing the bill for that with them. Avoid.

Response was quick and professional. we had fleas problem in our house from last 4 months we tried almost every company in gravesend but they all failed and then comes this company they treated our property twice and now our house in flea free thanks to them.

Used this company twice for flea infestation and opted for their spray treatment based on their website's claims. Before booking, they didn’t clearly explain the treatment’s limitations compared to the heat treatment. Despite following all preparation instructions and ensuring my cat received timely vet treatment, the infestation persisted.

When I left a review expressing my dissatisfaction, they responded by suggesting I hadn’t treated my cat properly, which wasn’t true. I followed up to clarify, but my second review was mysteriously removed. This company has been unprofessional, lacking both transparency and accountability.
