They believe cleaning up is the customers job
Pest control visit seemed to go okay, as far as I could tell.
The bizarre thing was that the pest control expert refused to clear up the rodent droppings, depsite two visits, two weeks apart.
I am not sure why they belive that the customer would like to keep these (a souvenir of the "visitors"?!). Then when I questioned this, they tried to charge £100 + vat to clean up. We could get a whole flat cleaned for that price!
Not cheap in the first place, and then taking the mickey trying to charge for a stadard part of the job, as far as I am concerned. Is there any other contractor who doesn't leave the site clean?

Excellent service came when expected Jack explained before and after the procedure showed me photos of the damage the squirrel had done and the traps The following week came back removed traps and made good entry hole.
