Find a different company.
My neighbour told me about a very poor experience with Pest UK, Sutton. She claims to have been quoted £132 for a call out to look at an Ant Infestation. Was told by the person on the phone £160 in total if they had treatment as a result of the call out. The full total being £160.
However when she called to confirm she’d like the treatment, she claims they told her another £160 on top of the £132. Total £292.
She’s in her 80’s and it appears to me she was taken advantage of. Especially as the problem was solved by me for the cost of 6 Ant bait traps from Robert Dyas for £13.99.
Please don’t waste your money with this company, read the one star reviews and go elsewhere or do the job yourself with a bit of Google or AI research.
If I could’ve given NO STARS I would’ve done.

Thank you for raising this, and I'm sorry to hear your neighbour came away feeling this way. Concerns about pricing clarity, and especially any suggestion that an older customer felt taken advantage of, are things I take very seriously and want to look into properly.
I should be honest that, as this is your neighbour's experience rather than your own, I don't have the details needed to trace what was quoted and agreed. If she's willing, I'd be really grateful if she (or you on her behalf) could email me directly at scott@pestuk.com with her address and the dates she spoke to us. I'll personally review exactly what was quoted at each stage and, if anything was unclear or wasn't handled as it should have been, I'll put it right.
Our aim is always to be clear and upfront about costs before any work goes ahead, so if that didn't come across on this occasion, I genuinely want to understand why. Thank you for giving us the chance to look into it.
