Incorrect information given. Upsetting.
A week after our dog was collected from the vet, we phoned to pay and arrange to pick her up. They said that, as we out of the country, we could pay when we collected her.
On the agreed day of collection, we called and were told that they hadn't even cremated her yet as they need payment first. Very upsetting to know our girl has been unnecessarily kept in limbo as they gave incorrect information regarding payment.
