DO NOT buy from This company through Macys. It is not apparent that returns after 30 days are denied and there is no recourse at all. Macys referred me to Pedal & Pup for assistance. Pedal and Pup told me they would not accept a return after 30 days.

Pieces are cute but the size guide not right
Pieces are cute but the size guide feels really wrong to me. Size small says 8-10 but it’s really more like 6-8 because they are much tighter than other size 8 clothing I get. Material is pretty cheap but still is cute. It’s a shame about the sizing because they are just a smidge to tight and don’t know if it’s worth exchanging sizes

Zero customer service
Clothes are expensive but I like the quality and they’re cute… I have purchased from the company many many times at other stores and this was my first time buying through the actual site. I started a new job very quickly and was in a pinch/high need for more office appropriate clothing. I spent $300+ and an additional $30 for overnight shipping. Upon check out it did not specify you only get over night M-F…. Just next business day but I guess my fault for thinking people would be shipping next day for $30 dollars. Needless to say I spent $330 to not have clothes for my first day of work. I asked for a refund on my shipping (been 3 days already and standard shipping is 3-6 days) and I was sent kind of a rude follow up email with their shipping policy for “future reference”. Needless to say I will not be shopping with this company anymore.

DONT SHOP HERE!
Ordered a dress and paid for same day delivery. Been 5 days and still haven't received my dress. I'm out of the dress and money. They won't even respond to my messages on Instagram. The 5 star reviews are probably fake as I see many people writing about their bad experience.

Do not shop here. All clothes’ dimensions are so poorly designed. They don’t just run large or small, they don’t meet ONE specific measurement of a typical size. Some armpit holes are too small, some shoulders are way too broad, some bust are randomly smaller. This made nothing in my $600 purchase flattering. I returned everything (store credit only, another major red flag) and replaced with a separate $600 order, and NOTHING FITTED WELL. The quality is also absolutely terrible. So thin it’s tough to find the exact brand/panties to make the clothes look flattering. Horrible store.

I’ve had a great experience with petal…
I’ve had a great experience with petal and pup! I’ve become a pretty frequent shopper for anything from wedding guest dresses to date night tops to basics. They’re a great mid priced option with great quality. My only complaint is paying for shipping for returns but overall great experience.

Terrible company
Terrible company. Do NOT shop here. Send you the wrong item then charge you to ship it back on top og that they charge another $10 fee to even take the return. These guys need to go out of business

Received a used stinky dress!!!
I was sent a used dress with deodorant marks and stunk like body order!!! So disgusting. Said they would waive the $9.95 return fee. Gee thanks for the waste of time. 🤢😡 also quality isn’t great for the price

One of my favorite online shops!
This shop is definitely one of my top five online boutiques. It's a little expensive but honestly worth it. Their clothing is so cute and the quality is amazing. I have ordered from them several times over the past year and I've never been let down. Style, sizing, quality, everything you could want! Love this shop!

Do not recommend
Quality of dresses was poor. Very unpleasant experience with return of an item. Item returned on 9/2 to Macys - I provided the receipt to the company. As of 9/20, still no refund and now they are completely unresponsive. I have put in a dispute with my Macys card.

Still have not received a credit to my account
Still have not received a credit to my credit card account and had no choice but to contact the credit account and put in a dispute, also I would NEVER EVER order from online MACYS again!!!!!! I receive instant credits to my charge account from any brick & motar local stores!!

Do not order from here. I see people praising Sonia in their reviews and believe they are most likely fake reviews. I ordered from here, have yet to receive items that were supposed to be delivered a week ago and when I emailed Sonia because you can’t call I was essentially told “dispatch” “fulfilled” order, therefore too bad, I without my order and money. I now have to be inconvenienced more and contact my bank.

Avoid ordering anything online from this place. I ordered a dress that was decent quality but too big so I had to return it. The cost to buy the dress was $95 but with all the shipping and handling charges I was only reimbursed $75. So it cost me $20 for nothing. I would NEVER order from this place again. I feel gouged. Beware.

We do apologize for any confusion or disappointment this may have caused, we'd like to provide a short explanation in the hopes of clearing things up.
Like most companies, there is a shipping cost paid to have the order shipped to you. For our company, this cost is $9.95 plus tax for orders under $80.00, and is included in the total cost at checkout and is non-refundable. When a return is processed and a refund issued, this amount is for the total cost of the item less the initial shipping cost as this has been paid to the carrier to deliver the parcel.
Should there be a need to return, there is a cost for return shipping. A return shipping & processing fee of $9.95 applied to all returns. We do try to keep our shipping costs as low as possible for our customers by providing this flat rate and paying the remainder of the shipping costs.
We can understand that as a first time customer this can be surprising. We do provide all of this information on our Returns page to allow our customers to inform themselves prior to purchasing.
