We rescued a puppy and had to arrange the transfer of information from the previous owner to ourselves. Holly was very helpful in arranging this and advising what we needed to do. The process was easy and quick.

I have 3 dogs all with different microchip providers and honestly wouldn’t have had any idea how to update them all or who they were even registered with so this has been a godsend! So easy to transfer everything over and the smart tags are fantastic! Special thanks to Holly for helping me tonight by email :)

It is so important to keep your pet safe so found Pet Database to be very useful and easy to use. Got my pet registered a month ago. Tried to use the £5 voucher code for first time but was told it had expired. The email didn't specify an expiry date, but this was my first opportunity to use it.
