Hidden subscription. Complete scam. Avoid

I bought 3 twist & lick products from this company and although happy dogs breath smells much better, any purchase signs you in automatically and unknowingly to monthly purchases!
I have had money removed but no products a week later and no conclusive response via email, asking for a refund.
Beware making purchases.

This company appear to be based in the UK , but are in Hong Kong. I ordered 1 pack of toothpaste but I have been put on a monthly subscription that I did not ask for. DO NOT BUY FROM DOG CENTRAL

If you order from this company be aware you are signing up to a monthly subscription, they hide this from you, I was unaware until the second order arrived and I was charged another £33. They refused to refund me. I would not recommend this company

Like other reviews, it's a total scam. The product dispenser is faulty from the get go. Hiden subscription with only single purchase. Email 48hrs before next payment goes to spam folder. I've also blocked their 'fraudulent ' next payment. PLEASE AVOID. TOTAL SCAM

Scam artists at work with their subscription...AVOID!

Received the product, which appears to have made zero difference other the dogs teeth, so go to cancel subscription, which has been done on my credit card. Their email with the link 'manage your subscription' doesn't work - what a surprise. No response to email telling them to cancel my subscription - what a surprise.

All designed to keep extracting money from you for as long as possible. I put a block on them with my card company.

Like others I made a one off purchase and have just discovered they converted it to a hidden subscription, an email in my junk folder 2 days before advised they were taking the payment. The link to change the next delivery asked for an order number, which I don't have. My only way of stopping the payment was to cancel my credit card with all the inconvenience that entails. Others have not been aware until after the money has been taken and then not refunded when requested. 60 day money back
Guarantee only valid if my dog doesn’t like the product???

I has no idea, when I bought the 3 pack of twist and lick, that I was setting up to receive a subscription every month! A month later another 3 pack arrived. I looked in my emails but there was no warning of this delivery coming. When I wrote to complain, I was told I had received an email, warning me that I would be charged again in 3 months time. I couldn't find the email, but finally found it in Junk. Strange, because all their other emails to me came to my focused inbox. I cancelled the subscription but had already been charged for the extra 3 pack before it arrived. Hidden subscriptions are a scam.

Per other reviews, this company is not to be trusted. Customers are unknowingly signed up for ongoing subscriptions when you think you are ordering a one off product, it is not clear at all that this is a subscription service. On the plus side they do seem to have cancelled my subscription after my complaint, but refuse to refund me for the second issue of the product that I didn’t want or need. Product itself is rubbish and dog won’t even tolerate it. Avoid avoid avoid!

Pity you can’t give minus stars. This customer took £60 from my account without my permission and saying they only refund on first order. I didn’t subscribe to anything but they said they sent me an email advising that if I didn’t cancel my subscription I would be debited in 3 days. I never received an email. I think the whole setup is a scam and I would say to anyone steer clear they are theives.

This company does not copy what their adverts say. They have hidden subscriptions and unlike their advert will not refund if your dog will not lick it as they then say the product has been opened(how can the dog attempt to lick it without opening it. Be very careful because a monthly subscription will be taken from your bank account. My advice don't have nothing to do with them.

Why oh why do I not check out the reviews before ordering from these companies?!!!
Caught out again by another unscrupulous bunch. Do not use them - everything said about them on here is correct.
Now I need to try to get a refund from them.

Just a horrible experience the twist and lick doesn’t work but once they have your money that’s very bad company also no notice of subscription till they took another £50 out of my bank which I can’t get back and got another useless twist and lick stay clear from this conman company it shouldn’t be aloud to trade on unsuspecting people I am a pensioner and have been well and truly robbed of money which I can’t afford to loose they won’t accept a. Return and won’t give a refund so please do not buy from this company

Like all other reviewers on here, this terrible company put us on a subscription that was not asked for and was not shown when the initial order was made. This was a monthly repeat order, even though the original order was for three months supply. A request to return and refund was refused.
This practice is ILLEGAL under UK consumer protection laws and is known as 'a subscription trap' or 'inertia selling'. I urge all customers who have been scammed in this way to A) Contact your payment provider, explain what has happened, and ask them to reverse the payment, and B) Contact your local trading standards office.

Absolutely terrible experience - they set up a subscription and kept my disabled mothers payment details and a month later a repeat order arrived she had no knowledge of setting up. They then refused to take back the unopened dog toothpaste or issue a refund. Absolutely disgusting customer service - AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I am unable to leave zero stars or I would.
I ordered Spray & Lick from this company, I ordered x3 bottles (as recommended because it was the cheapest way and was 3 months supply).
One month later, another x3 bottles were charged for and sent, I requested a refund but was told I could not have one as it was AUTOMATICALLY SENT AND CHARGED FOR !!
This company keeps your payment information.
I asked for no further e mails to be sent and for refund as this useless product DOES NOT WORK.
E mails have continued, refund refused and NOT sent.
DO NOT DEAL WUTH THIS USELESS COMPANY !!
