Just placed my third order in two weeks
I just ordered my third item. I initially had an issue with postage on my first order but was blown away by the customer service, and it was resolved instantly. Saved a fortune and no lugging around 12kg bags of food from shops. This is the way I'll be ordering my dog food and treatments from now on. Brilliant.

Order did not arrive
Ordered a bag of ivory coat dog food and a pack of Hills Science Diet canned food. Payment of $187 was taken at time of purchase. After almost a month had passed, I queried the status of my order, only to be told that a technical issue had caused a delay and they were now out of stock. I have been offered a refund (with no apology) which will take 5-7 days to process. Will not use this site again.

Absolutely amazing service
Absolutely amazing service. For some reason my purchase didn’t work first time round, so I was then contacted by email confirming the internet was all up and running and to apply a discount. Couldn’t of been happier, arrived within the week. ☺️
