Absolutely dreadful
Absolutely dreadful. Please don't order from this website. I've been waiting since December for my item and have no communications from them. I've had to do the chasing. I've just requested to cancel my order and refund. It's a joke.
I ordered a product FIVE months ago
I ordered a product FIVE months ago, it arrived two months later and it was faulty!!!!! I have made contact on a lot of occasions including a video of the faulty item. I get replies saying how sorry they are etc etc etc but no replacement has arrived. I want my money back!!!
Cowboy business!
Ordered a nail grinder on 10/8 that still hasn’t arrived. I had the dispatch email confirming it was ‘out for delivery’ a few days later but nothing since. I have sent numerous messages and emails to which I haven’t had a response. In hindsight I wish I’d have read the reviews here before purchasing. Cowboy business!
Appalling customer service and order not received
I placed an order for a nail grinder three, approaching four, weeks ago. I have reached out on a couple of platforms to try and obtain an update on my order. The lack of communication is unprofessional and appalling. I would not recommend ordering from this company and will look to cancel my order and obtain a refund (but from what I read on other reviews that is going to be another long struggle).

I wish I'd read these reviews before buying! I purchased the Silent Grinder Pro pet nail grinder some months ago, and I must say I am really disappointed with the item! It doesn't have even nearly enough power to grind the nails at all and if you try to put more pressure on the nail, it struggles and creates a burning smell from the friction!
I've had to go back to clipping my dog's claws as that seems to be the best solution.
I DO NOT recommend buying from this company!

Absolutely appalling customer service
Absolutely appalling customer service. No refund given when products fail to be delivered. This has now gone on for months. Despite checking the address was correct, which it was, no items received, no explanation given. Totally fraudulent. Do not waste your money as you will not receive any products. What a scam!

Avoid this terrible company , save your money and do more research.
Still waiting for these trimmers 51 days after ordering and still waiting.
I have emailed , and emailed and Armin the customer support just keeps saying the same thing... They will reach out to the shipping department and fully investigate where my parcel is .
Please don't go through what I am with this terrible company , save your money ..... because more and more this looks just a scam company .
Ordered a nail trimmer for my dog as he is very nervous and the nail trimmer looked great.
Ordered on the 1st of January and we are still waiting for it.
I emailed them on the 13th January to ask what was happening with the order as the order tracker they use was showing no updates at all.
I was reassured that they had checked with the warehouse and my order was on its way.
A week later and still no order , so I emailed them again. Again reassured that my order was on on the way and had been hand to a local courier..
Another week goes by and still no order. ... I email them again .. Asking for my money back, as I don't believe this item is ever coming.
This time they tell me I can't have my money back as my parcel is in transit!!!
I emailed them straight back and wanted to know exactly where my parcel was , and what local delivery firm did they hand my parcel to the week before ... as of this moment they have not replied to this request.
Terrible customer service, it feels like they lie to you just to shut you up .
I feel stupid for buying from a facebook advert and being ripped off
They advertise a 60day moneyback guarantee, and a complete parcel tracking system so you can check on the progress of your parcel . Neither of these statements are true .
I wouldn't even give them one star

This is the very last time I order…
This is the very last time I order anything from a Facebook advertising company. I have finally had enough. I have a Great Dane puppy and it’s vital I get him used to having his nails clipped while he is still young. I ordered the silent nail trimmer on 10th January and I am still waiting despite many emails and promises from this company. I have asked them to courier me one with next day delivery under the circumstances but they don’t reply. I am cancelling the order…let see if I get my money back.
Update:
I have received an email from them saying they can’t cancel the order because it is “In transit”. Well it has been in transit for nearly three weeks now and they’re doing absolutely nothing to help. I really want to support small businesses and hate giving custom to Amazon to swell the bank accounts of the already rich but if these small businesses give service like this causing real harm to their customers (as said getting a Great Dane puppy used to having their nails clipped is a really tricky business) then they leave me no choice.
Founders Alex and Jessica may want to get involved and sort this situation out today but I doubt they will.
update. Received the product yesterday

Poor customer service
Ordered a personalised door mat at beginning of December and was promised delivery by 27th December, and still waiting, begin in touch with them and there still investigating!! I would not recommend to buy from this company very poor, very poor customer service.

Manager resolved my issue
I ordered the SterilAir UV+ on 4th January and paid £99.99 as it was in the sales and reduced from £165.
I received my item on 13th January so very quick delivery. On receiving my package i could see the delivery bag and box were both damaged. The plastic frame is broken, I also cannot see any UV Fitting included in the package and the remote control is broken. I am amending my previous review as I have been contacted by the company owner Alex who has been great at trying to organise a replacement however due to the 4 week wait I asked for a refund which was dealt with promptly. Alex has been great at rectifying this for me and I am happy with the resolution.

I RETURNED A PRODUCT TO THIS COMPANY AND THEY ARE MAKING EVERY EXCUSE NOT TO GIVE ME MY REFUND
I RET THIS AND PAID MY.OWN POSTAGE TO RET THEY OWE ME 69.99 EVEN THOUGH THE ADVERT SAYS NO QUIBBLE ABSOLUTE LIES

Helpful company
Good and helpful communication with their customer service department. I realised the dog toy I bought for a friends new dog wasn’t suitable so I asked for a refund. This was processed with no hassle.
Avoid....Awful product
Avoid....Awful product, awful company. Flimsy and stopped working after just using on my dogs a handful of times. They agreed to send me a replacement but it never arrived. I kept chasing but to no avail.
Now received!! I've not used it yet so I am unable to update if the grinder is up to the job.

Horrible company …
Horrible company as they don’t stand behind their product. We ordered the product and it arrived on time. The problem is that it stopped working 72 days after it arrived to my home and they only have a 60 day refund policy. Not worth the $89.99 CAD I paid! That could have been many pedicures at the groomers. When I contacted the company, they said there is nothing they could do. Really? I sent a video showing them it is no longer charging or working?? I only used it once on my puppy.
Buyer beware!

Great products and service again and again
I have purchased a few times from this company, I can honestly say I have received amazing service every time, some of my orders and queries haven't been straightforward yet I haven't felt a burden on them. The products that arrive are of fantastic quality. I use them again and again because I appreciate the fantastic customer service, they go above and beyond. Its 11pm at night and I'm still getting messages to help me sort out an order, thank you and keep up the good work we appreciate it.

Received refund after weeks of uncertainty
My girlfriend ordered a Poochie Zen Pro for £70, the order was placed over a month ago and the item still hasn't arrived. At this point we are fed up of waiting and dealing with their frankly shocking customer service.
Update: PetPoochie got back to us after noticing this review. They have since apologised and we have received a full refund.
A bit late, but a good product
Pet nail grinder took quite a while to arrive, but owner of company was good at communicating and we got there in the end. Works well, it has to be said.
All good things come in small packages
What a great company and product. I ordered the dog nail file and I made a mistake at the beginning of the order and I was offered help and it was all resolved at there end which was so less stressful. The product is great, you just have to get your dog to adapt to it, however it’s easy to use, small, quiet and helps save on vet fees and stressful dogs. A big thank you 5* service 5* product

Buyer beware!
Only reason why I gave it two stars was that the product came in a timely manner. It only took a couple of days to process and receive the nail trimmed. However, the trimmer wasn’t as quiet as promised and it did not work with my pet. I tried returning the product but it took two weeks of back and forth with “customer service” to receive the address to return the product. However, they only offered 30% of my orders total and I had to pay my own shipping to return the product. Even though their policy is 90 days return. I am well within my window to return the product. And also to note that the product I purchased was never used with my pet. I only turned it on and I couldn’t get my pet calm enough to use it. So now I have to keep a product that I can’t even use.
Update: After writing this review, customer service reached out and apologized. They did refund me the full price. They acknowledged my frustrations and concerns. I am genuinely sorry that I could not use the product. However, their commitment to customer satisfaction has restored my confidence in their business and will look into their products in the future.
