They owe me money!
Because they insist on using Evri, I have had numerous packages fail to arrive, due to Evri losing them. I have been waiting for a refund for the latest loss, for longer than their own refund policy states. I've emailed. I've had to contact my bank for their help. Much needed catfood failed to arrive, the company were absolutely useless when I told them and have now failed to respond to emails, and fiaked to refund me. I had to purchase food elsewhere, which was delivered the next day. But I had pay extra and couldn't wait for the refund to get the food. This store has left me in a crap situation and without my money. Absolutely rubbish customer service.
